Had chance to meet other psychologists. Supervisor is older guy, he was in interview panel. Other 3 are female and same age as me, may be year or 2 older.

They said it'll take week or so to set up office and computer. Then training will come in Jan for week and a half after which I will get required keys and radio.

Best thing is timings are flexible. I just need to work 40ish hrs but no clock in or out 😛

That's why today went in at 8 am and out 3:15 pm 😆

So I say so far so good 😊

Yes hoping timing stay good. Tomorrow reporting at 8:30 and know it takes me an hour or so. Hence will wake up at 6:15 - 6:30, allowing me some time at CC😛

I feel that women have more patience than men... now don't kill me for making this statement, but that is what the general perception is... So I am not surprised that they are appointed in good numbers

I am shocked that so many female want to work directly with offenders. I have seen it at my internship site but it was less percentage while here they made up 75 %
