I would say majority companies give both days off. Most of the clients of our bank are closed both days. Even bro has off hence they are travelling but our bank well they are cheap 😆

Work for Valley National Bank. It's mid-sized bank with mostly in Northern NJ and now NYC and few branches in Pennsylvania. It's been headed by jews for ever so you know 😆
