No injury its just body weight pain. Will go away in few days. Thanks to the weight training flexibility of muscles helped out 😃.

The way it happened it could be worst. But its fine

USed to work out rigoursly but with this diet plan was not allowed to do that. But am back to atleast body weight training meaning workout without equipments and dumbles.
