I like what said: what's the need of separating one day fir woman day ? Exactly I never understood this, that means rest 364 days are men day ?

Women form almost half of the world's population and I don't know what good comes out of separating a day to celebrate womanhood. Having a day for this is a good idea but there are n-number of issues pertaining to women that need to be addressed. I am not aware of what is achieved by International Women's Day because I was – since childhood – taught by my father to respect women. My mother was the only female member in our family and so respecting women was a part of my upbringing, and my mother and wife are the most special women in my life. At the end of the day it is the government's responsibility to protect people who are unable to protect themselves.
