Luck has got nothing to do what kind of husband and family a girl gets when she marries .First and foremost, this girl, this woman is a person on her own right and she does not owe her living to others and vice versa. People needs to be mature about relatonships. Its all about life and one needs to be mature about it how to handle the ups and downs life throws at you and not run at the slightest difficulty.
If and when a man and his family abuse the DIL or the his wife coz of scars, then I would say its better for this woman to say " Thank god, what a relief! Now I can lead my own life the way I want! and you can go to hell for all I care and bring that family of yours too with you!
Agreed that this still happens in India or even in some other parts of the world...

But the Biggest worrying problem now we are facing with Parichay is the Channel is not even bothered at all to PROMOTE this at all!
It has got a good social message - Kunal being the role model showing what he does to tell his wife that he only loves her for her and not how she looks like.
He went on to plan and plot and roped in his family members to help him in getting Siddhi and even went on to dare devil motorbike stunt to get the message across to wife that SHE MATTERS.! ITS ALL ABOUT HER!
And what do we get. Only those loyal fans who switch on their TV at that time get to see this and those who are computer SAVY know SOMETHING AWESOME is gonna happen but what about the whole wide world out there who are completely ignorant and unaware of what's going on PARICHAY coz there's not a BLOODY promo at all.
Channel spends too much time promoting on kite flying, a family of men held hostage by a vamp and dont cross the string or whatever...and makes laddoo secretly to become rich, and another one who lost his passport and another two in a village and now going for 2nd round of marriage, and another one dancing in an engagement with a false identity and a group of stand up comedians.Then another two riding in motorbikes... Wow, great...every hour,around the clock - we see this repeatedly but where is PARICHAY! Nowhere.
FOR GOD SAKE CHANNEL - WAKE UP and PROMOTE PARICHAY and dont let this golden oppportunity to just slip by. Care about the show and also at the same time to educate people thru the media for television is one hell of a powerful media. You know this better than anyone else and hence beats me why NOTHING is done!\
And if channel says its PH - well same message to you guys. Go and produce the 0.50 seconds of promo! We have the reunion, the best track - ITS SHOWTIME - Channel and PH. Start cracking!
