Its difficult to get enthused over Parichay now. Was so looking forward to a couple of weeks of bliss between Sinal and sons after the reunion. But the Abhay marriage track spoiled it and the dragging episodes did not help. Now I feel its too late for this show. Show rotten already. Just my opinion.

I agree with u 100%... for me also abhay siddhi marriage has spoilt the show:..i havnt get back to watching the show till nw and i will nt watch it again as i hav lost enthu to watch it...

@Bold, I do agree, although I personally don't put the whole blame on Siddhi-Abhay's marriage, repulsive as that was.
Personally for me the rotten state of the show has more to do with the continuous degeneration of the leads...Siddhi, from a strong, straight talking young girl was made into some sort of habituated liar...you can't build your life based on lies, even it's for "the good of the family" & KC today has more grey in his character than at the start of the show & IMO is any woman's nightmare, be it as a son, a brother, husband or father.

A reunion, forced or otherwise, under the circumstances will like you said, just be a useless garnish atop the rotten fish. If anything can make a change it's a complete overhaul of the leads characters in order to establish some sort of connect with the audience.

yup this is exactly what i feel.
Like 2d was turning channels nd saw kc some looser scene nd i just switchd off the tv. Nd the show has truly gt rotten as earlier it was kc bt aftr marraige it's both. Nd the scenes r so forced. Nd with the 2 mature for age boys giving free advice is so pathetic. Nd sc dress up like she is still in deewan's palace -so unrealistic.

I feel surprised that once i was so madly in love with them bt nw

'Parichay' brought me to watch TV Serials. I liked to see Kunal and Siddhi. Their efforts to be together and fight the witcha. The final nail was the surprise marriage to Abhay. Out of blue, Siddhi married Abhay and the reasons seem fake and contrived. The characterization is at fault. The CVs have lost the basic fundamentals of writing fiction. Since then the serial has fallen into its own pitfalls and looped. Now they have somehow forced the main leads to be under the same house. We can see some good moments. But my trust in the serial is lost.
