Read your post and actually managed to watch this episode of Parichay from start to finish without wanting to throw something at the screen..Hallelujah!!! :)
I am not certain if the creatives are in panic mode but the story has somehow haphazardly picked up pace. After the backlash, maybe they do realize that they f***ed up big time with the stupid marriage because there is suddenly such a huge
hriday parivartan in the actions, dialogues and behaviours of all the characters.
The twins are suddenly in action mode (thankfully no moping and crying) and are simultaneously trying to emotionally bully their parents into getting together. God knows who gave them the
aakashvaani that their mother has some "
majboori" but anyways, at least they are using the realization well. It seems there is a huge difference in "having" a brain and actually "using" it between the parents and the kids. For the first time I loved their dialogues - Anand Sr. telling Kunal that he has ego issues and that is why he doesn't want Mom to come back, Anand Jr. telling Siddhi that he knows she can't do anything and he won't even force her an she can do what she likes and he will do what he likes 👍🏼...At least the kids are clear on what they want and they are going to get it by hook or by crook, I even loved their OTT letters of dying together (😆). Thank you overtly dramatic
bacha party! Although the upcoming kidnapping in going to be so annoying, at least you take action on your words unlike your parents who sit and mouth big dialogues all day long but don't have the courage to act on their words. And oh, you kids are also finally fulfilling your purpose in the show, so again thank you for not wasting screen space and boring us with your presence and doing the needful for your incorrigible parents...👍🏼
Backtracked to Tuesday's episode and saw Veena Maata has gone from the Kaikayi version to the Kaushalya version of motherhood in regards to Siddhi...😆. All of sudden even she could see the helplessness in Siddhi's eyes. Wah Veena ji wah...When Siddhi came across you so many times previously, you NEVER so deeply read into her emotions and now out of nowhere you can see her
dukh dard and all your
mamta is flooding out like a Tsunami...😆. Even though it is nice to see Veena not giving psycho witch looks to Siddhi, her character is so floppy that one cannot be guaranteed that she will forever keep reading so deeply into Siddhi's misery.
Aaj haath utha ke aashirwaad diya hai toh kal haath utha ke thappad bhi maar dengi maata ji, inka koi bharosa nahi...🤔
Kunal ji also finally showed some care and concern after noticing Siddhi's wounds and yes, he also seems to be on a mentos moment spree (about time I say). First contemplating his dearest mothers' words, then realizing his feelings for Siddhi's pain despite his hate and then also thinking about something sinister lurking behind Abhay's smile. FINALLY I can see a light bulb flickering near Kunal's head. Although, it may short circuit soon, for now, I am just glad that it is there.
BUT
I have to applaud him for giving us the most EPIC Kunal Chopra moment ever in the history of Parichay. A moment that cannot be put into words so I am going to put it in the form of an avi here -

ROFLMAO...That was a freakin ACE Kunal...🤣🤣🤣
High point of the episode has to be the above mentioned points PLUS Abhay's invisibility...😃
Even though there are so many things that hint towards the show heading in the positive direction, I really cannot get myself to have any hopes. Once bitten, twice shy, they took the show to a good point with the reunion at Kajrat but it took them even less time to f**k it all up in a snap so I cannot be certain of the reunion till I actually see it. Like the characters of the show, even the creatives are schizophrenic so you never know what is coming next. And not to mention, there was the first hint of the
panauti couple coming back into the frame today, so please excuse me while I go fetch for a bucket to puke in as they enter the show with their triangular surrogacy track...🤢. Anyways, I don't give a crap for that as long as Kunal and Siddhi get back together but not raising my expectations at all.
PS. Totally not related to the show but I absolutely love that line about mothers in your signature. So sweet and so true :)
