Rani, not just legally,
there actually exist proper rituals for breaking marriage and all.
So whatever crap Abhay did even with priest being there, it does not count.
Thing is now days people only look at legality, but there are specific steps so to speak for divorce in accordance with religion.
Not that CVs would care to know😛

srry if i m wrong, i thgt elder ppl like ur father n mother can put sindoor after a girl gets married, so maybe siddhi considered her as her father even though it's jst stupid.
