basic problem of this forum is members in this forum have different views/Rules for different Characters ...

( except few fans who r fans of both lead actors and Characters and those who believe in fair discussion )

how it works is :

If u r a fan of female lead ( aka actress ) then u r against Male Character ( actor )and their fans , they will call names to the Male character and everyone related to that character in the show to hurt the fans of that character or to instigate them but when Male character fans do the same with Female Character they feel offended , they make those topics closed and then it starts Vice Versa , like a war ... another example, for a long time Leech word was used for the Negative character Richa but as soon one used that word for a character ( abhay) who is with a female character in the show, those posts were reported and U were also dragged into it and then suddenly this word became offensive which was used once for the Villain of the show ...

same members will report the threads , posts where name calling was used for characters but Those same members will Like those posts where someone is Abusing a Member , ( see the difference between Member and a Character ), why they will like abusing post for a member ? bcz that member is a fan an actor and character which they don't like ... or can say belongs to opposite party ... so for them name calling to a character is offensive but name calling to a member is fine ...so this is double standards which creates fights and Instigate members

another example today I called show lead a Vamp ( its a Character , if villain can be called a Vamp then why not a heroine? its my POV and my thinking and its not an abuse or name calling ) as a response someone started a thread abt me and Called me a looser ... I was called looser bcz i used Vamp for the show female lead 😆 ... See how some ppl can go to this level for a character that they even start abusing a member for a character and Surprisingly many ppl LIKE those posts and they even comment in the support and wishing Get well soon ( they them-self need these wishes urgently 😉 ) while they are abusing a member for a character ... Someone who is saying name calling ( even a simple word like a Vamp ) for a female lead shld Not be allowed, is liking the posts where someone is abusing a member 🤪 ...

some threads get closed bcz those bash the female character while those same members do the same in ATs which remains open .

Different rules for Different characters

I personally Have no problem in Basic name calling to the characters ( All Characters ) ... this happens in other show forums too ...but when one grp doesn't allow it for their fav character then me too won't allow this for my fav character even though I know these r just characters and its absolutely fine ...so this kinda situations create fights and spoil the discussion atmosphere for everyone

i want rules same for everyone . If a lead can be called idiot then there shld be no problem if someone calls a female lead idiot too , if Female negative character can be called Vamp then there shld be no problem if one wants to call a heroine Vamp

i think now very well you can understand the situation of the forum and hope u will make rules based on this , bcz to change the thinking is really hard so this forum does need really strict rules

and Gur do mention the definition of derogatory words and also clear that if we r allowed to bash anyone in the AT and not in the open ???? bcz i see different rules for AT's bashing and main posts bashing ... main ones get locked while nothing happens to ATs ...if a Vamp is a derogatory word for heroine then it shld be the same for villain too ...All characters shld be treated the same

Have no prblm with name calling (for characters only) during constructive criticism. Problem is with the intentions here. If my intention is to hurt a particular person/member or a group, trust me without using any of these words and using very flowery language I can still get better results.😛 So the basic problem is not with words but Intensions. No one can really stop this, No DT or anyone; there is nothing wrong with the forum rules or the DT. We members have to stop this ourselves. We have to be matured enough to see the intensions and then react. In my opinion the best way to stop this is to ignore such comments. (Taking about myself and everyone involved) if you don't react and just ignore then a time will come when the person will stop himself/herself.

We love this show and the characters, Kunal will not be good or bad without the help of other character and vice versa. Being a KC fan and seeing his character being butchered is very frustrating in itself and then to come and see that even if he sneezes around R he is criticized (intentionally to hurt)is like rubbing salt so one reacts (me too and am sure is the case with Sidhi fans too). I admit that I have used these words to criticize KC but at times don't like when others do it. It is like I can scold my child but won't allow anyone else to do it.😆 This attitude is wrong and have tried to change myself, hope other try to do the same.

This forum should be a fun place and along with that the right place to give our feedback good or bad to the CVs and the PH to make 'OUR' show better.

I am not against name calling as long as we know our limits.. We should interact on this forum just as we talk in normal life with our family and friends...

Criticizing a character is fine as long as there are no personal attacks on forum members as well as the actors/actresses... However, many times we have seen that certain members start threads with the only intention of creating a rift on the forum and strict action should be taken against those...

Yes.. if somone intentionally using such words to Hurt other member feelings..then its should be counted.. and Most of us really knws abt those members..

otherwise for me..Its really okay..if someone is using such words for Fun purpose or to show anger even towards the character..But If member is really creating topic again and again just To mention such words against any particular character or Posting Posts again n again then his/her intentions should be counted..bcz there is a limit of Frustration and anger.. AFTER ALL we all are much mature to understand Characters and Actors Difference..

So for me this Should be allow..but again i will say..Intentions should be counted.
