Kunal: Richa mind your tongue.. Your fiance tried taking advantage of siddhi and you come yell at her???

Kunal: Richa please leave.. I will prove everything in court..
Richa: Yes Kunal.. tumhe court me pata chalega.. jab papa uska sahi chehra sabke saamne layenge.. haan kunal main aur papa vineet ke saath hai.. he made the mistake of falling for her.. but he is an excellent man...
Richa left after that.
Next day Kunal and Siddhi also went to the lab to collect her reports.. kunal wanted to find out which drug she had been drugged with..
Kunal: What do you mean nothing was found?? I saw her after the party.. It was clear that someone had spiked her drink..
Lab assistant: No sir. Nothing in her reports!!!
Kunal was furious he couldnt understand how nothing came up in the reports.. He glanced at siddhi whose face looked pale with worry...
Kunal: Siddhi dont worry. there are drugs that dont show up insuch tests.. we are going to study the CCTV footage and i am sure we will get some proof of vineet getting your drink spiked..
they headed home.. It was late at night and they were both tired.. and soon fell asleep..
The next day they went to the hotel to review the CCTV tapes..they both sat and reviewed the CCTV tapes.. but they found nothing in the tapes that indicated that Vineet had done something suspicious.
Kunal got frustrated.. For the next few days he went ahead and interviewed all the people at the hotel, made siddhi have a look at all the hotel staff.. but she didnt remember taking a drink from anyone..
All his assumptions were turning out to be wrong.. His anger was building up But he controlled himself.. knowing his first priority was to keep siddhi tension free...
Next day a bombshell fell on them Thakral had used his power to get the hearing preponed and the hearing was the next day..
Kunal lost his cool completely.. he went and banged his hand on the wall..
Kunal: WHAT IS HAPPENING.. NO DRUGS DETECTED IN YOUR REPORTS.. NO EVIDENCE OF SOMEONE SPIKING YOUR DRINK?? WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED THAT DAY??
Siddhi:is that a question or an accusation??? do you think i was having an affair with vineet and went voluntarily..
Kunal: Siddhi calm down... aisa kuch nahi hai.. i believe you more than anything else in the world... now lets run over the events of that day.. You remember not feeling well and then next you were in vineet's car.. wait.. we can always track down vineet's driver..
Kunal tracked down the driver.. and he mentioned that vineet had asked him to take a side road.. and then after some time.. given him 100 bucks and asked him to leave,,and then vneet had sped the car along and stopped it in a deserted spot..
It wasnt much but Kunal had something to go on...
Next day in court..
There was a lot of media. Kunal put his hands around siddhi and protected her and guided her through the crowd.. in the courtroom he pressed siddhi's hand to reassure her..
The case began. Kunal began by pointing out vineet's cassanova image and how he mad misbehaved with siddhi in the past. He then called on Vineet to the witness box..
He prodded Vineet on his feelings for siddhi..
Vineet answered calmly
Vineet: I made a mistake.. I fell in love with Siddhi despite being enaged to richa.. Yes that day after the party i wanted to spend the night with her .. but that doesnt make me a criminal.. but she did too.. she came on to me.. That night she wanted to come home with me and spend the night with me..And that too despite being a married woman.. that speaks a lot about her character!! Or rather the fact that she is characterless.
Thakral had trained him well on the need for maligning siddhi's character..
Kunal: V-I-N-E-E-T!!! mind your language..what proof do you have??
Thakral: we have proof and we will present it..but first I want to question Mrs. Siddhi Chopra..
Siddhi came to the witness box. Kunal had worked with her on being questioned by thakral.. But kunal knew that nothing could prepare siddhi for the kind of language thakral used..
Thakral: So Mrs. Chopra.. you are married right?
Siddhi: haan..
T: and you are happily married?
SIDDHI: yes i am..
T: hmm. but if i am not wrong you loved your husband's younger brother the Late ANAND CHOPRA.. pyar ek se aur shaadi doosre se... accha yeh chodiye.. how are your physical relations with your husand??? do you even have any such relations???
K: OBJECTION your honour...!!!!
Judge: Objection sustained...
T: Sorry my lord.. accha ab party ki baat karte hai.. us din ab lag bahut acchi thi.. Transparent saree.. figure hugging.. aur backless blouse..quite a bold outfit for a party jisme tumhara pati nahi aaya tha..
K: Objection your honour.. Thakral meri patni i mean meri client ko harrass kar rahe hai.. kahaanuya sunane ke jagah unhe saboot par focus karna chahiye..
T: sorry again .. Waise siddhi ji ka yeh kehna hai ki unhe kuch yaad nahi han ki woh vineet ki gadi mein kaise pahuchi.. main aapko batata hoon... i want to show a video..
The video played out
Vineet: "Siddhi will you come home with me.. We could spend some time together..
sIDDHI: yes"
The whole courthouse was stunned especially Kunal and siddhi.. they hadnt seen this on the CCTV footage.. it had in fact been shot by richa's phone camera..
Kunal quickly composed himself.. and questioned the authenticity of the video and asked for verification. He then proceeded to call vineet's driver as a witness. The driver testified how vineet had given him 100 bucks and then driven off and stopped at a deserted spot. Kunal questioned vineet's intentions!!

T: Accha detail mein describe karna.. us raat kya hua..
D: sahab aur madam gari mein baithe..
T: kaise aa rahe the woh?
D: Woh saath me aa rahe the.. madam ne apna sar sir ke kandhe par rakha tha.. aur sir ke haath madam ke gandhe par dekha.. phir woh gaadi mein aakar baithe..
T: sabse pehle kaun kiske kareeb aaya
D: madam achanak sir ke upar gir gayee..
T : dekhiye your nonour.. mrs chopra vineet ke saath ghar aana chahti thi aur gadi mein bhi pehle step unhi ka tha..
kUNAL: no your honour siddhi hosh mein nahi thi..
T: ACCHA.. Unke blood reports clear hai.. aur koi proof nahi hai aapke paas..your honour. siddhi vineet ke saath najayaz sambandh jodna chahti thi.. achanak unhone man badal diya aur ab woh molestation ki baat kar rahi hai..
KunaL: yOUR Honoru.. this isnt true.. i need more time to bring out the truth..
Judge: The court is adjourned.. agli hearing is one month later..
The court began to empty. Siddhi continued sitting as a stone. Kunal came and sat next to her. he placed his hands around her..
SIDDHI: Kunal.. maine kuch nahi.. mera aur vineet ka koi rishta nahi.. main woh..
Kunal: shh.. koi safai zaroori nahi hai.. kuch bahut galat hua.par hum sach saamne laayenge..
They made their way out to be confronted by the media.. journalists began asking siddhi inappropraite questions. Kunal almost hit one of them stopping just in time due to siddhi's pleas..
Another storm waited for them at home..the media had covered every detail of the case.. and the Chopra family were aghast on hearing everything
Raj: Siddhi tumhe kuch sawaalon ka jawaab dena hai..
Siddhi: Papa aap galat samajh rahe hai...
Gaurav: bhabhi seedhi si baat hai.. aapka aur vineet ka affair kab se chal raha hai??
Siddhi: Bhaiya aisa kuch nahi hai..
Kunal Gaurav.. how dare you
Gaurav: Bhaiya sar zameen ke andar daalne se sach badal nahi jaayega... It is clear that Siddhi bhabhi was having an Extra-marital affair with Vineet..
Kunal: GAURAV !!!
Raj: Kunal tujhe gaurav ki baat pasand aaye na aaye..Siddhi ko hamare sawaalon ka jawaab dena hoga.. Court se pehle hume to yakeen hona chahiye ki siddhi bekasoor hai..
Kunal: Siddhi kisi ke sawaalon ka jawaab nahi degi..
He put his arms around siddhi who had begun weeping and took her to their room and slammed the door.
PRECAP: Kunal: SIDDHI I have decided you have to leave this house!!!
