Well after such a long time watched entire episode without skipping through parts.
My favorite part of all was Kunal as a bar tender.
Well we already discussed how unorthodox or unconventional the interview was but that whole part gave me feeling of looking at Kunal Chopra we liked.
The entire interview was full of attitude. Loved every part of it. Presenting himself as this is what it is. You don't like it, well who cares. What needs to be paid attention is his work.
I liked Kunal was thinking on his feet. He acknowledged it is his responsibility, he saw an opportunity and went for it. He didn't care about presentation, just business it is.
Later I like the camera angle and background music at the bar. Camera was face to face with manager (or whoever that dude was), but took upward shot of Kunal. Was it symbolic? Given intense music with such camera angle, are they suggesting Kunal is going to rise now? He had the original no nonsense attitude, he did his work with full confidence, willingness to fulfill his responsibility at any cost and didn't look back.
Are all these indicator that finally Kunal will face whatever is thrown at him? I certainly hope so. For quite some time they are playing with Kunal's character and I no longer can see Kunal in pathetic state, all shattered, afraid of life, looking in mirror with fear, taking taunts from all and just being manipulated due to his emotional vulnerability. I want Kunal to give it back to people and rise up to occasion. Enough build up now, want some real action from KC.
