I felt the reason why Kunal does not practise law is because he feels he is responsible for Siddhi being jailed.He feels he failed as a husband and a lawyer! But that still does not explain why he never found another job anything that would cover his and his kids expenses atleast! It is really sad to see the kid having to listen when everyone mocks his dad, every child wants everyone to respect their parent but here the kid has to practically run tree to tree convincing people that his dad is worth a bit!😡 This 9 year old walks in bars and shady places to seek out his dad! Is this what a dad who loves his son does? I think Kunal - Anand C bonding is good but unfortunately I cannot forget the fact that Kunal is being a very irresponsible dad!

I know its perhaps too optimistic to expect the CV's and writers to redeem Kunal Chopra ! Just writing superficial fancy cute scenes isn't going to help your cause , we need the back ground , we need answers to our questions , we need to know Kunal is still the multi layered complex yet adorable man we were introduced to and not the pitiful wastrel who haunts Parichay now!

@ bold.. this is the only logical and practical explanation for him not going to court , i can think off too but again CVs dont show logical things , hence dont have any hopes on them..they would if they that is some stupid reason which will butcher Kunal Chopra even more...

also i want them to show, even if not trying to get her out of jail.. he went till the jail entrance where sidhi was few times, but could not muster courage or his promise to sidhi of not showing his face to her stopped him from meeting her or he tried to meet her but jailers (due to richa, bribing them) did not let him meet her. after few attempts, habitually he gave up..and started drinking to forget her explaining why he let Sidhi suffer in jail an did nothing about it, why his so called true love and care for her went for toss , these 9 years ...

Well I've been asking for an explanation from day 1.
Sure father-son bonding is really good; but then why is he acting so irresponsible?
I even made multiple posts in past week on very same issue.

It's one of my reasons for nt watching parichay.Sitting jobless for 9yrs is 2 much nd seems like an xcuse 2me rather than a Devdas.
It's better that i imagine a hardworking ,practical kc as it is in yr FF rather than watch a self made idle father of a 9yr old son.
Cv's want 2 show hw much kc loves siddhi by showing him jobless for 9yrs.We didnt want him 2b a rich lawyer but none wantd an idle one also.Look this is how they think.What more can one xpect? :-(
