my father is a lawyer... practiced in India and in the US...the way these court hearings are going... it seems like the court doesnt want to know the truth anyways... yes, there are questions that you only have to answer yes or no... but you are always given a chance to explain yourself/testify etc... and yesterday when Thakral presented those pictures... couldnt Kunal explain when and how were those taken????? and when the watchman changed his statement... couldnt Kunal stick to his point that if he was driving the car, how could he be at teh cliff????? sometimes I wonder!!!!

perfect.Only if u could watch Court drama on the soap on sony by BT then u would say this one is better.Else they have made a mockery of medical science n legal system earlier,so nthng new but little improvement.
