just saw the episode again..Kunal during his argument , said that "jab hamari gadi ki takkar kisi cheez se huyee"...
He has just said he was driving the car that night but he did not admit that he caused an accident in which Rohit got killed...
he just said his car hit something and taht can be anything... was it plan? deliberately said, or just a blooper..what do you think??

Yes padmini well said... Even in rape case he explained the whole incident at end he didnt admit the rape case...

Even here, all his dialogues in court room were made so carefully.. No where he slipped any thing unnecessarily, which will trouble him in future. As you said, he explained the incident, but he didnt admit he caused accident...

Here starts kunal's asali parichay... By his investigation with his master brain about murder case.
