she said she knows and accepts that sinal love each other and also what sinal share she and kunal never shared.(loved this bit), she siad she see's kunal's everywhere and asdked him why he never cam ro meet her in jail

she said she saved siddhi's life i think and in precap she puts kunal's hand and siddhi's hand i think. sinal were quiet

so to sum up she is faking all this to get into sinal's good books again
