I'm going to talk about a bit off topic, Gaurav's character.
From very beginning Gaurav has been portrayed as money-minded. He cares about his financial position and if needed willing to leave his value for money. but time to time he has been shown taking responsibilities for the family in very positive manner. Yes such instances were rare, but still he was a good person.
I have liked his character. i saw him as a good person, but somewhat weak compared to Kunal. I saw him someone with herd mentality. He has pain of losing their status and money, and now society and people are taking advantage of that, especially his father-in-law. So i saw good in him but societal demands and perception of financial success has made him in somewhat self-fish person. Unlike Kunal, he rather make compromises than be scrupulous. Why? - he has responsibility of family and all, but a good hearted person given an opportunity. at times I felt sorry for him, being a middle child and all, always crushed between values and practicality.
but now he's total jerk. I didn't like such turn with nothing to feel sorry for him about. I felt sorry for him that his wife doesn't give him enough time, but now he's total ***hole.
Does Kunal need to have one sibling who's out of his/her mind? First Raveena was creating havoc in the family, now Gaurav. When does Kunal, family and Seema-Vikram get peace of mind?
Well let''s see where this development leads to, but lost respect for one character.
