Here Matter is not of how one call other. It does matters the inner feeling they have one for each other.

Siddhi, yes she called kunal as bhayya... But at the time, siddhi doesnt have respect or feelings for kuanl, not even as a friend she treated him. But seema, both lived in a house, Bhai aur behan samajhkar.

That's why the TRP goes down when such tracks are shown, but still CVs don't seem to learn from their mistakes. Also they don't know how else to move forwards the story without separating the lead couple. I am not saying it will happen anytime soon, but eventually it will happen
