@ work abhi itna busy nahi hain isliye chalta hain + when you go up the ladder tension and responsibility jyada hoti hain - sochne ke liye aur responsibility ke liye paise deta hain nahi ke kaam karne ke liye-

North America ka labour law - my manager is 65 he gives me work thinking it will need 2 days to finish - but with the latest software it just gets finished in 1/2 day - Agar use bolongi khatam ho gaya then he will not believe me will ask me 10000 questions to khud hi seekh liya hain - 12 ghante ke bad bolti hu ho gaya - woh bhi khush mein bhi khush ...

Pehle bolti thi 5 ghante mein honga aur deti bhi thi -but then he would think i have missed so many things to kya karoo ...

Moreover i have to look over work of people under me when they ask me questions mera kam tab hi ho jata hain ...
