Another part of my imagination for next week's Parichay's episodes with the kidnapping of Siddhi
How Kunal rescues his wife.
In Sinal's Bedoom
Kunal is restless. he was pacing up and down. He has never been separated from Siddhi not even for a day since he married her. How quiet it was without her. How did she get so close to his heart without him being aware of it or did he knew it subconsiously all the time but refuse to accept its logic? He stopped his pacing and realization set upon him. He , the accidental husband could fool anyone but not him. Yes, he acknowledged to himself. He is deeply in love with his wife Siddhi. How could he live without her. What was he thinking, asking her for divorce , releasing her from their agreement to live her own life. Questions were raging inside his head. What has done?. He has messed up big time. Could he bear to see her with another man, with his arms around her?bearing another man's children.? Never! He will never let he go as she belongs to him and he is going to make her love him more even if takes a liftime. He is not going to throw away his happiness. He maybe selfish but he loves her and cannot bear to let her go without putting a fight. He will win her love some how, he told himself. Even if she does not love him back, he has enough love for both of them to last a lifetime.
Siddhi is his.He realized for the first time how Siddhi made his life more positive ever since she came to his life. A breath of fresh air and in the process he ended up loving her. No way he is going to divorce her. He is going to tell her how much he loves and wants her as part of his and if there's going to be any children, it will be his . He smiled to himself. This girl has made him dancing around her little finger at her whim and fancy. But he loves it anyway. Only this little one can order him around. His lttle timid wild cat. She's mine. He acknowledge that she has become an integral and significant part in his life. His soul mate. He needs to find his sou mate...
His lawyer mind started to work. He called his police friend and asked for an update. As usual, nothing new.
Kunal knew he cannot sit around and wait.He needs to do something. He starts to think... He starts to search the room for some evidence that could get him close to her. He is pretty sure, it was one of the Thakrals who could have done such a thing.
Wait a minute. What's that? Whose phone is this and what is it doing in Siddhi's drawer? He examines it and realizes its Raveena's. But why is Siddhi keeping his sis's phone. He recalls Raveena fleeing from their room crying and also his conversation with Siddhi after that.. He remembers Siddhi telling him not to punish his sister. He frowns and knows that there's something happened, between his sis and Siddhi . Siddhi must have been covering up so as not to distress him. He goes through the phone and notices that Rohit has called her today. Why would Rohit call his sister? Suddenly, he knew exactly what to do and who could unlock the mystery.
He went to Vikram and Raveena's place
Vikram: Kunal, what a surpri...
Kunal abruply cuts Vikram: Where's Raveena?
Vikram : Kunal, you look like hell, what's wrong? Something happened at home?
Kunal : Yes, I have to talk to Raveena
Meantime, Raveena has heard some voices and came to the hall, looking shock at Kunal ... ( She thinks, OMG - I think he knows... I am dead meat now)
Kunall: Raveena, Siddhi is missing and I just found your phone in her drawer. I want to know why you ran from our home crying today. I know something happened and you know it. Dont even try to deny it.
Raveena : No brother, nothing happened.. I must have dropped my phone accidentally in your house and a
Kunal : Enough Raveena! Stop lying and tryiny my patience!
Vikram: Kunal, calm down.. man you are even scaring me...
Kunal: Stay out of this Vikram. Raveena, I ask you one more time. Why did you flee from my bedroom crying this afternoon...
Raveena: I... I er. was. I and siddhi... I , we...
Kunal: Stop blabbering and out with the truth!. I am not moving an inch from here without extracting the truth from you. I want to know why you left crying.? What happened between you and Siddhi? And what was your phone doing in my bedroom and lastly why was Rohit calling you? You still keep in touch with Rohit?
Vikram looked at Raveena searchingly with a questioning look on his face. Raveena wished the floor would open and swallow her. She knew there was no escape now. She has to come out with the truth.
Kuanl : Raveena! I haven't got time to wait . My wife's life is in danger and you seem to be somehow connected to this. You can unlock this mystery and ... ( Raveena intercepted)
Raveena : I took the CD and gave it Rohit.
ViKram and Kunal both looked disbelievingly at Raveena as if she was from another planet.?
Kunal the first one to come from shock ( Vikram knew his wife was seeing Rohit but this... why would she do that)
Kunal: Why did you do that, Raveena? I am lost here, I don't understand this at all. So, tell me...
Raveena: Brother, yes I took the tape but I was putting it back when Siddhi saw me. Actually I knew you were innocent after hearing the Thakrals
Kunal: Wait a minute! You were going to give my only evidence to the Thakrals which would have prooved my innocence?
Raveena: Please listen to me kunal, There were so many misunderstandings with us. I was angry with you for forcing me to marry Vikram when i was in love with Rohit and I
Kunal :And you what Raveena? So , my dear sister, you decided to avenge me by working with the Thakrals even giving away the one evidence which would prove my innocence. is thar Right Raveena? Turning against your own brother? All because I forced you to marry Vikram. When I wantedd the best for my sister!
Raveena: Yes,! no00. Its not like that. I thought you really harmed Richa and i thought of helping her and find her justice. But I overheard their conversation and realized the conspiracy. Pls Kunal brother, I have realized now my mistake. ( she went to touch Kunal's arm)
Kunal Screamed at her: Don't touch me! My own, flesh and blood working against me! I cannot believe this.. . ( Kunal was livid with anger) and looked at her with disbelieve.
Raveena: I know i have done you injustice but
Kunal : But nothing! I think I know what's happening now. Rohit did not get the CD and he called you to hand it to him but the phone.
Raveena; Siddhi was there when Rohit rang me and she knew the whole story. She threw the phone down angrily . If its'a any consolation, she slapped me Kunal.
Kunal: which you deserve it.! You are lucky that you got away with just a slap. I would hav estrangled you, which I am thinking now but I have got more important things on my mind now, like rescuing my wife who has been kidnapped. . God, knows where she is and what she is going throught because of me..
Raveena: Siddhi is kidnapped ? But ...
Kunal : Raveena thanks to you , my wife has been kidnapped and I am going out my mind worrying about her. Every second, every minute of her life is in danger now. I am going to see Rohi Thakral. That little rascal is behind this kidnapping.
Wait till I bash him out and make him cough out the truth. If he had so much harmed my Siddhi, by god he going to pay till he bleeds to death and Raveena, I will deal with you later. Be sure of that. ! I am not done with you yet.
( Kunal was thinking, seriously a DNA testing needs to done to confirm if Raveen's is their sister or the Thakrals. The takrals must have put her up for adoption and my parents must have taken her as they did not have a girl baby)
Kunal walks out angrily with a clear mission with Vikram running behind him. Vikram grabbing Kunal's shoulder
Vikram: Kunal listen to me , let me come with you. (Kunal shrugs him off and keeps walking.)
Vikram contiues to talk to him and Kunal finally stands still
Vikram: Kunal - cool down, by going to the Thakrals, like this, you are not going to solve the case and find Siddhi. Let's think together and see how we can do this right . We have to think and not react now.
Vikram tells s his plan. To do a stakeout at Thakral house and follow Rohit. He will lead them to Siddhi and the rest bingo!
Kunal listens and agrees. There they wait in Vikram's car for Rohit. Rohit comes out from the house next morning and they follow closely behind his car keeping a safe distance so as not to alert him
Rohit leads them to a deserted old warehouse.
Both manage to go to the warehouse and hide behind some cartons big drums .
There they see Rohit Slapping Siddhi to wake her up. She asks for water. Rohit laughs at her nastily. He brings water but instead of giving it to her he splashes it on her face.
He tells Siddhi, he has no choice but to kill her to remove all evidence. Siddhi smiles weakly at him. Rohit gets furious when he sees her smile and slaps her hard again. Kunal stiffens and wants to knock the life out of Rohit for hurting Siddhi. Vikram holds him back and asks him to control ,not to ruin and how how to ambush them. They have to think or otherwise the whole operation of rescue would defeat the purpose. They plan their tactical move
Siddhi: Even if you kill me, my husband will find you and kill you. You wont be spared, Rohit.
Rohit: Oh, I am sooo scared now . Siddhi , you stupid fool,! Kunal verdict will be out in the court this afternoon, With no show of you, the case is against your beloved husband and he will be put behind bars for a good number of years. Hahaha, you both deserve it. I will be the last man standing laughing . Finally I found justice. I have won... hahaha Huh?
Bang,blast - couple of guys swinging here and there,
Rohit : What the ????? Kunnalll! oh my god how the hell. ( before he could utter another word, a clenched fist flew to his face and punched him hard, so hard that he fell on the ground. )
Kunal pulled him up and brought his face close to Rohit and told him with gritted teeth.: You little punk! you hurt my wife. Now take this and this and this.
Rohit was hit and shaken like a rag doll by Kunal. The rest of the goons came and like Kunal inthe movies both Vikram and Kunal blasted them. All were knocked down and lying unconscious on the floor groaning in pain. Vikram called the police.
Kunal went to Siddhi. Siddhi was half conscious. Kunal untied her and held her to him, repeatedly call her name to wake up. He kissed her on her forehead. His tears dropped onto her eyes and Siddhi slowly opened her eyes. She started to cry
Kunal to Siddhi; Its ok sweeheart , I am here now. I've got you now baby. Everything is going to be alright.
Siddhi: Kunal, the court , we have to go.
Kunal : Forget about it... you are safe now. (He tenderly examines swollen face with his hand and becomes angry for what Rohit had done to her. )
Siddhi: No, kunal we have to go the court now. I have the tape in a safe place. Please help me..
Kunal : Ok , ok tell me what you want me to do...
In the court:
Thakral to the judge: Your honour, since both the accused and his lawyer are not in the court, it is very apparent, that Kunal is guilty and both husband and wife are now probably on an escape route. So I say we
Kunal: Hold your judgement! We are here
( he is holding Siddhi and something else in his hand, the CD)
Thakral is STARING dumbstruck at them ( he is thinking, this stupid children of mine, can never do a RIGHT. Seriously I have to do a DNA testing to see if they are indeed my children)
Meantime, Siddhi goes in the court and puts up her defence and gives her evidence ( dont ask me how, no time for logic)
Richa could be heard wailing in the background even before the verdict is passed.
Judge passes the verdict and clears Kunal of all charges. Richa is charged with no bail and gives her a maximum prisonment of 5 years. with 1 year of community service by cleaning the streets of Mumbai with a slogan board hang around the neck. I will not go near Kunal within a thousand KM radius. The judge goes on , after cleaning, she will be sent to calcutta to clear the slumbs ...
Richa now screams at her dad: You told you will handle this! Get me out of here you moron,
Siddhi and Kunal look at each other. Kunal holdout his arms to her and Siddhi goes willingly into them. . Kunal and Siddhi hugs each as if they never ever one to let go each other.
Kunal : Siddhi, I love you.
Siddhi : I love you too.
ahem.
Judge : So you .need any more extenstion for your divorce.? Both pulll out from their embrace and smile sheepishly at the judge. Judge laughs at them indulgently and walks off.
End of the story. Asking too much aren't I.
