Mr. Chopra needs an excuse to call his wife!

Yesterday, Kunal asked Seema where Siddhi was. Later he asked her again, how long it had been since she had left for the lab. After Seema's little leg pulling, we got that adorable blushing scene, with Kunal recalling the balm/rape conversation & chuckling under his breath. He looks longingly at her photograph & checks the time on his watch. You can feel his restlessness, he is missing her...her voice, her presence. He can't shake off the feeling, so he calls her. Any other person in his place would have simply said "hi, where are you, you've been gone long, when are you coming home?" But our "hiding behind a 100 facades" Mr Akdu, said that Seema mentioned she was at the lab, so he called to let her know about mom's health😛 How cute is that? How incredibly endearing! Awww, the first flush of new love😍 It reminded me of the excuses I used to make, to call my 1st crush when I was 18😳

We've seen Siddhi going all shy & blushing before, & it looks really cute, but it's kind of expected of her, but to see the usually brusque, khadoos Kunal, who is supposedly a lot older than his young wife, all tongue tied & uneasy & fumbling for words is a visual treat beyond my dreams😆

Iam absolutely loving his discomfort & am hoping he experiences many many more such pulsating moments in the coming episodes😳

@Bold AWWW Fairy. It was incredibly cute. And Sameer executed that scene perfectly. I am a big fan of his but can be very critical too. But those 30 secs or so were absolute perfection. He actually blushed. 👏 I was sitting in a restaurant this afternoon thinking of Kunal blushing and smiling to myself and hubby walks up and asks "Why are you smiling?" 😆 😆

@Blue I am waiting to see his restlessness at not being able to do anything to rescue to Siddhi; worrying about her, wondering how she is, thinking about her 😳 It's going to be AWESOME.

very nice post...kunal always cares for siddhi but he don't want her to know that...even when made tea he gave some other excuses that he made for papa and gave the extra for her...its upto siddhi to realize that... hope she will realize during this kidnap track..

yeah that scene was indeed the scene of the day ..i was surprised seeing kunal like a complete lover boy ..who is head over heels in love ..really looking forward to see more such scenes in the coming episodes ..Sameer was mindblowing in that scene..

Yeh Annie, its going to be one joy ride if they manage to show his growing restlessness. But there is a fine line b/w portraying fervor & restlessness & helplessness. Want to see him happy & in love not dukhi Devdas. Hope they can manage that much.

Yeh, Sindhu (is that what I can call you?) the tea scene was another recent occasion where he used an excuse to do something for her😆 I do think Siddhi realized that, as the next day when Raj asked for tea she slyly said Kunal can make it for you, like he did last night😛

Well i am sure immediately we will get to see him bonkers with worry in the privacy of his room!And after she is rescued I am hoping forgetting all around him he will show his concern genuinely and openly momentarily atleast and the later get embarrased about it.

Im sure most of us are hoping for some variation of what you described, but I wish that if it does happen, then Siddhi doesnt go all coy & pulls back like she usually does. Along with him showing concern openly i want to see Siddhi hugging him right back & saying she wasnt scared at all bcz she knows she can't be in any danger with him looking out for her.
With the Veena threat looming large, the story needs to move forward so we can have them both fighting the odds together from hereon.
