Nidhi The siggie U r using Arman And Ridhma One... The Font style Used for text. In Text Behing the scrath Style is used?? How can i use that in PS?? There is any style Present there??

Oh for that...

Just write a text on the siggy and select that text layer and go to filter->blur->motion blur and set degree to 0 and the bar to 150..

But before doing the blur just make a copy of the text layer by hitting CTRL+J and try to keep the text color white as it looks quite better than other colors...
