Salman,

Only possible evidences would be CCTV footage of main hall and magically capturing Ritcha spiking the drink and waiter's. Prob is waiters could already be bought out by Thakral and CCTV footage destroyed already by now.

But hopefully, Kunal has FB of what happened before and after and comes in witness box to mention all that, emotional breakdown of Ritcha etc.. Siddhi knows the rest of the story.

Thakral did not have a lot of evidence either other than hotel staff seeing siddhi.
He just played with Kunal and Siddhi's emotions

Siddhi has to do the some with Witcha. Becoz Witcha is very volatile like Kunal so will definately do some big mistake which hopefully Siddhi catches on [ late latif anyways, so hope so]
