It's awful, if it does go this way, it's bk to square one & they'r bound to loose a lot of viewership as there wont be any progress in the story😕

but how will they go back to square 1, bec sinal love each other and they do have 6 months before the divorce, in all this time lots of things can happen

first possibilty is she could like mentioned play 'i was forced to ' card... but then how does siddhi fighting the case promo fit... unless thats the deal she strikes with siddhi... but will siddhi knowing richas true colours agree to this? knowing how miserable richa will make kunals life... she is vulnerable after the V-day fiasco I agree but she still loves kunal right...

second thing is richa boasts boasts, she can probably say i knew it when he said I love siddhi he was just drunk(siddhi ki dimak ki bathi jalegi⭐️ gets her guts back) and siddhi gives her back saying that divorce will never happen and that richa can keep dreaming on, somehow consummation comes up ...Richa angry again and decides to continue with the case to teach siddhi a lesson

third possibility kunal overhears and walks up and tells richa that try as she may he will never get back to her no matter what...you know what would be the icing on this cake... he asks her to go to hell , dont trouble siddhi(actually meri biwi ko pareshan mat karo) and walks away from there holding siddhi's hand... 😍 (just like that thakral office wala scene.. haiye haiye... kaaash aisa hota...

fourth siddhi does what she does best... keep silent .. in this case it might prove to be a winner as richa will be confused .. wont know what to do and she will screw up...

i dont want richa to take the case back... i wanna see SINAl fight it out... and I dont think kunal will buy the whole 'i was forced to ' argument ... he knows richa very well... she can get thakral to dance to her tunes as and when she wants and she has done it b4... but then again maybe she says the whole 'i was forced to' crap when kunal has pawned his gold medal ( to pay of sudanshu ji's debt) so he doesn't feel indebted to live up to its expectations and decides to be stupid.

i guess we have covered all possible scenarios... but then as we know the CV's are gonna give us the least wanted scenario .. so brace ur selves guys... we are in for more WITCHA episodes...and the same old ideal sacrificing bahu...and yea not to forget that the gold medallist lawyer is up for auction!!!!

Thanks to all members who actively provided their inputs on why Kunal may end up with Contempt of court. We do see everyone's POV and hope CV's end up showing one of the many options suggested by my fellow members. Atleast our members seem to be more creative and thinking than our copy&paste gurus.

Having said that, i looked at old SBB/SBS again [Thanks Norzar for posting it here again].

I have captured all the dialogues for everyone's benefit and my analysis of it:

Voice in BG :
Pyar ki sabse badi jung ladegi siddhi. kunal ki dhaal banegi uski ardhagini.

Then the promo :
Gaurav to Kunal :
contempt of court ki bajase aab aap apna case bhi nahi lada sakte. aab koun ladega yeh case

Siddhi comes in and says : Main ladungi yeh case. Ek lawyer hone ke nate aur usse badkar ek patni hone ke nate

Voice in BG again :
Kunal ka case ab siddhi ne ladne ka phaisla kiya hai. Richa ki rape ke joothe case me kunal ko aakhir kaise bachayegi siddhi, yehi hai sabse bada twist.

Then we see Siddhi explaining something to Kunal. Kunal in his normal frowning expression quietly listening to Siddhi. This last part was not shown in promo. Looking at Siddhi's expressions , she is probably telling background behind why all this happened [ atleast i am hoping]

My view :

More or less it is confirmed that case is going to happen. Kunal is barred from fighting due to contempt of court [ it would happen due to Sinal relationship being discussed in court and Kunal behaving badly causing contempt of court] and Siddhi has decided to fight.
It also does say in SBB that Siddhi is going to fight the biggest case in love.

In that case, there is no question of case being taken back by Ritcha. Even if there is a deal betn Ritcha and Siddhi, why would she fight the case. To top Sammy confirmed in latest SBB that MU will be hopefully cleared soon.

Normally it would have being quite logical why all above sequence may happen.

Here is one of other option i can think off [ it has combination of some of options suggested by few of you]

Siddhi has been shown to give up again on SInal relationship in Fri epi.
She cries, Seema comes, gives another gyan on patni dharma [ what they are showing in promo], Siddhi becomes Jhansi ki Rani again and decided to fight the case to keep away Ritcha from Kunal and to get her love.

But at the same time, the last sentence in the voiceover, kind of contradicts [ Norzar rightly pointed out]
How Siddhi would save Kunal, there is a twist in it.

This twist could mean either of the 2 options below :
1] Ritcha and Siddhi meet, Ritcha boasts that she has won and got Kunal anyways and Siddhi lost. Siddhi keepa quiet at that point.
But based on Seema's gyan and to prove Kunal innocent [ with or without caring whether Kunal loves Siddhi or not], she proves him innocent by telling the entire background in court what led to this and Ritcha in anger agrees to that. Case closed. Kunal comes to know about Siddhi's feeling for him during this and then rest you can all visualize what will follow.

OR

2] As mentioned above, she has Seema's gyan, she meets Richa [ precap]. Richa starts boasting about how siddhi has lost Kunal inspite of Kunal saying that he loves Siddhi. Ritcha was shocked to hear that night but now she thinks that Kunal since was drunk incorrectly said that. But now it is confirmed that he indeed loves Ritcha which is why the div is happening.
Siddhi's tubelight lights up, now she has got a weapon , that night, ILU said by Kunal was indeed meant for Siddhi [ which is when she left the hotel] and not Ritcha. Gives it back to Ritcha that she will prove Kunal innocent and will not leave him. Ritcha challenges Siddhi otherwise and threatens to expose Siddhi in front of Kunal.

Siddhi continues the case after Kunal is barred, provides all the background in court, exposes Ritcha . Case closed . Kunal comes to know about Siddhi's feelings.

Seems more like Aitraaz way especially since SBB voiceover says Siddhi is going to fight the biggest case of her love which probably indicates no deal with Ritcha or leaving Kunal. There is no point in fighting the case if she has to leave Kunal. Plus with the div in 6 months, she would have left Kunal anyways. She would only fight if she found out Kunal's true feelings for her, that itself is a twist next week. Whether she finds out from Ritcha during the precap scene or in court, remains to be seen.

As some member suggested, one option of Siddhi leaving Kunal , Kunal and Ritcha coming back together as friends, Chopra house accepting Ritcha etc would likely be not possible.
That would mean the story has moved a full circle. All the past 4-5 months epi of Sinal coming together would come to naught and viewership would be lost.
But again it is upto CV's how they would like to take this very good serial forward. Last few months have veered away with this illogical, unrealistic, boring, repetitive tracks. If they decide to bring back Kunal & ritcha as friends [ let Siddhi leave Kunal] , then only god can save these CV's and this serial.

Guys & Gals,
Let us enjoy what and when we can. No matter what we are at the mercy of our twisted minded CV's who have twisted the characters and storyline in the name of melodrama.

if kunal is proven innocent wont witcha and thakral be jailed for putting false accusations on kunal?

if witcha's role is there to stay she will have to do something so she isnt jailed

lets see what wictha says to siddhi tmrw, bec in precap she did say she is regretting putting false case on kunal

and hoping siddhi gets back her confidence from the witcha scene tmrw,

I had not put all the details in the post what i had actually thought off.
Just like CV's play with our minds by giving us limited info, just kidding. 😉

Basically with the option i was thinking off and had indicated in my last post, case is closed by Thakral not able to prove that Kunal is accused. If Siddhi is able to prove Kunal innocent [ lack of evidence or based on whatever evidence she presents], Kunal is free.

Does not mean Ritcha has to take back the case [ where she will lose face further] or Thakral has to go to jail.
We have a lot of cases where someone is wrongly accused and they are freed later on for lack of evidence. Infact lot of times, accused files a new case against the prosecution for wrongly accusing.

Between SBB segments, new promo and Sammy's interview of MU clearing soon, i believe firmly that something positive will happen in Sinal's life. Plus Siddhi was determined and took judge blessings too that he did not approve that div. So i doubt she would agree to any of Ritcha's plans. On the contrary may decide to fight back just to save Kunal from Ritcha [ even she feels she may not get Kunal's love] . That is also probably what segment talks about Patni Dharma.

okay, so even if kunal is proven innocent in court, that wont mean thakral and witcha will get any sort of punishment by the law.

however witcha regretting filing he case ( as per precap)could mean she doesnt want kunal to go to jail, so maybe she too will be hoping that siddhi manages to prove kunal innocent, so even though her own father looses the case against sinal, she would be happy.

lots depends on todays siddhi-witcha scene

and what cvs are planning for witcha's role,

and yes i am sure it will turn out positive for sinal, bec whenever witcha plans for sinal to seperate they end up coming a step closer

during rohit case- sinal became friends

during vineet drama- sinal consummate

and now this false case- maybe kunal gets to know siddhi loves him

i am hoping the case doesnt drag for weeks now, they isnt any point, maybe wrap it up in the next 2 weeks

i watched sameer's intv again i feel the wa eh spoke it meant that kunal's mu reg siddhi loving anand will be cleared and he may know reg siddhi loving him, but that obviously wont mean a happy ending, bec its a dailiy, maybe by the time kunal finds out, siddhi decides to leave him bec he must have hurt her again and this time she will want to leave him, so we ma see kunal wooing siddhi back in his life.
