both r in love with each other , siddhi has already realized it and Kunal too 50% ...now he needs to come out of guilt only while Siddhi has already moved on so Pregnancy wont be the reason for Kunal to fall in love with Siddhi ...he already is in love

I haven't seen GEM but i agree with you ,what you said about Sinal,whatever Siddhi said to Anand's pic in precap,she needs to tell it to Kunal directly.That's it but our tedhe medhe couple will take some time for this.I just request cvs not to prolong it too much.

true minnie... i was infact happy about this small difference.. but kunal's reaction spoiled it all for me 😭 i know now siddhi has to make him realize, but for sometime its going to be MU's and then preggy.. i wanted to see more Romance yaar..

i feel the same. but i dont want sinal to be parents so soon yaar. for me they are newly weded couples. we need sinal romance. why cant ekta change the story for once????????
