Gautam Rode to enter Parichay as Richa fiance

He made his mark on television with his role as an NRI in Baa Bahu Aur Baby. He then moved on to become one of the hosts of India's Got Talent 3, apart from doing some Bollywood films and many TV commercials.

Now he is all set to essay the part of an NRI once again.

We are talking about the dashing Gautam Rode who is slated to make an entry in the Balaji Telefilms produced Colors show Parichay Nayee Zindagi Kay Sapno Ka , which has Samir Soni, playing Kunal Chopra and Keerti Nagpure playing Siddhi Kunal Chopra.

Gautam will be essaying the role of NRI Vineet Saxena who is Richa Thakral's (played by Mona Vasu) fiance. An industrialist from the US, he will come back to India to try and get his relationship with Richa going. For the latter, it will be a tough time, as she is still madly in love with Kunal and has been plotting, trying to split him up from Siddhi. Richa's father D.K. Thakral (Abhay Bhargava) will, however, be happy as it will give him hope that Kunal may be out of his daughter's life finally.

In the show, currently, Kunal has had a run-in with the injured DK Thakral for trying to torture his wife Siddhi who is forcibly working with him. Simultaneously, Kunal's sister Ravina Chopra (played by Prerna Wanvari) is tring to get out of a painful relationship with Richa's brother Rohit Thakral.

Gautam says he is really looking forward to being a part of Parichay.

"It is the first time I am working with Balaji Telefilms and I am excited about it. I can't tell you anything more than saying that I will have a prominent cameo role to play in the show," says Gautam.

Gautam starts shooting today and his character is slated to come on air in the coming week.
