Ahana died and asked Naina to take care of her baby as there are many people who don't want baby to come in this world... Ira is engaged to Arman who happens to be Rehaan Khuranna's step brother...later on Raghav finds that Arman is not a good guy and had Ira's MMS... Naina separated from Raghav and came back to India... She started staying with Dhilo di as PG and got job in a firm as secretary.. later on it was shown that Raghav had major investment in that firm... from the money that Ahana gave him he came a rich businessman and even owned the Mehra property...
Later on Raghav came to India and end up meeting Naina in the office.. he buys that office and makes naina his private secretary...Raghav hates naina as he feels she is carrying someone else ka baby and cheated on him for money... Khuranna got to know that Ahana had hired a surrogate and started searching for her... He doubts on naina... Harjeet, Rehaan's step mom , wants to kill baby as that baby will be the heir of Khurannas. She finds out that naina is the surrogate mother and tries to kill her and baby... Somehow Raghav saves her every time and realises naina and baby is in danger and brings her home...they started staying together..dadi comes out of coma.. She thinks it's Raghav's baby...later on veer too returns, just to be killed by Raghav's sister as he killed her daughter.. veer wanted to kill naina and in rescuing naina Raghav and Rehaan became friends...
Attacks on naina continues... Last one was she was kidnapped by harjeet's men..a bomb was tied to her..Raghav finds her.. they confess their love...naina jumps from cliff..Raghav too jumps after her and removes the bomb.. hosp scene.. Naina gives birth to a premature baby... Raghva feels Khurannas are behind the attacks...Inspector questions harjeet .. Rehaan feels insulted and serves all ties with raghav..Baby needs blood from his father to treat his internal injuries..and naina asks Raghav to call Rehaan and says his DNA matches with baby's... Raghav feels his wife and best friend fooled him... Raghav convinces Rehaan to give blood to baby.. Rehaan realises Naina is the surrogate mother and it's his own baby...fight for baby starts with this..Raghav is too attached with the baby and wants him to be with him..Rehaan kidnaps baby from hosp and Raghav kidnaps baby from him... Sudha and Harjeet plays with Naina and Harjeet's emotions... Rehaan tells him about surrogacy but Raghav doesn't believe him..naina finds Raghav..Rehaan too reaches there in search of baby.. Raghav again feels it was naina and Rehaan's plan to take baby from him.. he runs away from there in car.. Rehaan shoots car's tire and car falls from there.. Raghav saves baby.. later on its shown that Raghav is not found and everyone thinks he is dead...
Naina and dadi plans to take revenge from Khurannas... Naina says she will come with Rehaan as Mrs Rehaan Khuranna...fake marriage is planned by dadi... Naina is possessed by Ahana's spirit..they try to make Khurannas life hell..
Rehaan is not bad.. circumstances makes him do so...Arjun is on break and will return soo ... Spirit thing seems Naina's plan as for now..
