Episode begins with Naina inquiring if Raghav has more injuries, and asks him to keep the ointment if he needs it, but Raghav says may be her mother's stories might help him better.
Chanchal is with Rajiv at a highway and suggests he should pretend to be run-over by a car so that they can extort money from the car owner, but Rajiv is too scared to carry forward the plan. Chanchal tries to convince him to do it so that they can lead a luxurious life.
Back in India Naina's mother insists Zeenu to take her to the doctor to remove the stems fixed in her heart and return back the money, so that using the money Naina can come back to India. She feels she is responsible for her leaving for Austria. She knows Amit has married an Austrian, and Naina must be alone in an unknown country heartbroken, and she doesn't trust her son to take care of Naina. Zeenu tries to calm her down and asks her to be strong for Naina's sake.
Naina asks Raghav to get some medical help for his injuries, and inquires if there is anyone at his home to take care of him. Raghav lies to her that everyone in his family is very loving, and especially his Dadi would go to ay lengths to see all the family members are safe n healthy. Naina feels Raghav is so lucky to have such a lovely family. She insists on leaving since she is getting late. Raghav feels its always their "kismet" that they end up crossing their paths, and extends his hand for friendship.
On the highway Chanchal keeps on insisting Rajiv to carry forward with the plan, while Rajiv tries to hide. Meanwhile Veer n Ira are returning back home, and Veer is drunk, and almost dozing off while driving. He crashes the car against Chanchal. Chanchal falls down, but she is not hurt, however Rajiv assumes she had a serious accident threatens Veer to send him off to jail. But Chanchal averts the situation, and insists on being taken to hospital instead of calling the police.
Raghav introduces himself to Naina formally, and Naina is pleasantly taken aback at the revelation, and confirms if he is indeed Raghav Mehra associated to the Mehra Charitable Trust. Raghav is perplexed at Naina's reaction. But before Naina could spill beans about the happy co-incidence they are interrupted by a phone call from Naina's brother informing her about the accident. Naina rushes to the hospital.
At the Hospital Chanchal is being over-dramatic about her condition to extort money.
Ira calls her father for help, and Pam suggests they should use this situation to turn the tables towards them, and complains to the police, so that later they can play their cards and save Veer at the last minute for their own benefit.
Dadi is emotional about the recent incidents with Raghav, when Pam informs them about the accident. And Dadi gets further upset over the situation.
At the hospitals police arrives and asks veer to come with them and undertake a breathing test analysis, and denies him to get his lawyer. Chanchal spills her plans to Rajiv and Rajiv is impressed of her cunning ways. Naina arrives and is worried at her SIL's condition, and gives some money to her SIL for her treatment. Chanchal informs her that earlier in the day her brother also lost his job.
Raghav comes back to the Mehra house, and sees Dadi sitting with Dadji's walking stick, and realizes that she would do that only if something major happens in the family. He finds out Veer had an accident and everyone has rushed off to the hospital. He calls up Veer, who tells him what happened. Raghav suggest veer not to speak anything there in that situation. Raghav decides his family is in trouble and he would have to do something for them.
Precap: Naina shows the Ganpati Murti to Raghavs and asks if he remembers about it. Raghav states he does and that she had got it for someone special. Naina says she had got it for him, and that there is no one more special for her at the current moment.
