I understand it now.

After reading all of your posts im starting to understand the theory of God a lot better 😊

Us human beings, we belive soo much in seeing to belive and I have realised that it is wrong.

There is much more to seeing and it is called faith.

Unfortunately nowadays there are soo many negative things which are being said and written about God which has really made me wonder and confused.

I have just read about Sai Baba and its amazing and very inspiring!!!!!

I come from a divorced family and due to that I have never really been taught about my religion which is Hinduism growing up.

I read more about it and practise it myself which is nice 😳

Like they say, any form of worship or practise is always good 😊

Whatever people say di, I believe in God and thats why I keep a journal called Closer To God on my table always. It helps me to remember what Mahaan things the Gurus did for us 😊

Maybe I should do something like that to feel my connection with God.

I do get dreams sometimes about Lord Shiva. He once holded me so tightly in my dream.

I love him soooo much.

God does exist
Whenever I ask him to help me out he does.
I'm a Sikh.

And i believe in Guru Ji's.
God can be your best friend - I know this sounds soo creepy !

But just try to talk to him .
It's a great feeling.

God gave us everything and more than we deserve !

what don't you get? all i'm saying is that i believe in god, but i understand and respect others who may not believe in god.

as for the preaching thing, i definitely find some of the comments quite preachy. for example:

"God definitely does exist"

"First of all, we all have to learn that God is one. Everything is his creation. He does exist."

and especially:

"yes god exists!! and the only way to find god is by believing in YOURSELF..god is IN you"

i mean, the way i see it, those comments are very much like the stuff that a preacher or a converter would say. just the way some of the comments are stated make it seem like "this is the way things are and there is no other way about it." people are making it seem like it's so obvious that god exists when really it isn't (exactly what a preacher tries to do).

similarily..i gave my point on god and why i think poverty exists through karma and i gave my justification since im a sai bhakt😊i didnt say u should be a sai baba follower 2? considering her topic was related 2 nasik😉and most of us originate 4rm the sub continent and i guess ppl feel strongly abt their religion in most cases but i think evry1 here has stayed within boundaries..and yes feel free 2 disagree

okay, truthfully, i'm not going to bother reading all of that since you can't type even slighly properly. judging from what i did read, however, i will say that you completely misunderstood my point. i know that people did not say, "hey, become a follower of hinduism/islam/christianity/judaism." all i was saying was that the way some people stated their comments ("god is IN you!") made it seem like something coming of out a preacher's mouth. heck, i don't know about you, but i have definitely heard those kind of phrases coming of out religious fanatics' mouths (i.e. bible-beaters).

the way people said stuff people simply implied that it's so obvious that god exists.
