As awesome an actor Manish Ji is , he is not suited for role of Kans at all

He really isn't. Kans was large, beefy and looked King-like in the way kshatriyas were in those days. Manish's body type would be more suited for a role among the Pandavas perhaps, or even as one of the acharyas. He could easily do Dronacharya.
