So far it looks like mithu needs his mother more when he ran away after shesh pushed him he called for his mom and not dad and shiva was ahead of raavi but he still went towards raavi.

Im sure he and shiva have a bond but he seems more like a mama's boy lol maybe once shiva gets better it will evolve but mithu seems to be raavis son more at the moment lol

Mithu said shiva keeps saying ulti seethi baathein..from a 5 year old point..it doesnt make sense..shiva calls baroda as somnath..doesnt acknowledge his bullying issues..doesnt work..need medication and care..so naturally ravi would be mittus constant go to parent..as a parental figure only ravi might have had been present.
