He does get confused if you didn't notice. the first time mithoo enters, shiva is all confused but he softens when he thinks about it. He believes raavi and he understands that their life has moved forward but he thinks everything is normal regarding his family. He thinks he goes to the store like he said "mai toh store mai hu" when talking to mithoo. I believe Shiva has a form of Partial Retrograde Amnesia, where he doesn't remember the memories from before, and his mind is stuck in a particular time. He's aware of his entire present, but unaware of the past. He is confused and mentally stressed. I am pretty sure writers did not write it right medically but it is close to it. He is only believing mithoo is his kid because he loves raavi and she has said so and also he thinks their life moved forward in somnath along with family.

But wouldn't that be anterograde amnesia where he is unable to form new memories because he is stuck in the past and Mittu is some sort of trigger to let him know he isn't?

The writers never gave any sort of clear definition for his condition so all this is a guessing game 🤪

I was very hopeful that this time she will be really bed ridden for sometime aur uski akal tikane pe aaajayegi but didn’t expect her to recover so fast 😭 Now she is going to go along with Baa’s planning and plotting to emotionally manipulate the brothers especially Dev and Shiva again 😔

Piddhi ye sab emotional blackmail mei nahi padegaa woh toh multi-millionaire ban gaya, Baa se apni bhayiyon se kpi lena dena nahi 😆

I can't believe the one thing we have wanted for a very long time has actually happened and I wasn't happy because vile woman is still alive 🤬

I have wanted vile woman to die of a heart attack for the longest time and today she had a HA but humari kismat kharaab hai, she is still alive 🤬🤬

Raavi checks on Shiva, he is still sleeping while Mitthu is watching his Mom.

Bhabima keeps saying, akeli hoon mein, koi nahi hai mere saat, asks Gautam to help her but he keeps slumping back on the chair,

I feel bad for Raavi but it looks like her landlord is not made the bad guy is a good thing.

I hope Dora glorification mein makers itna na gire ke they even make Raavi shown money minded and money being the reason for her return. Specially when Raavi's all money, saving were taken by Dora and budhiya and she said nothing.

It would be a shit move if they make her come back like DevTa. Hope her returning back is due to Budhiya.

Piddhi’s post leap story is the weakest and boring of all them, how many girls in his life and how many in-laws. Every few months or years there is a new girl a new set of in-laws 😆

Lal ribbonwali was the only who came without any baggage as she was a ghost 😆
