Its not going to stick long..shiva will sooner or later loose his patience and show his colors..leading to another mu..another cold war....another CA..another separation...then this time ravi will be apologising for being rude to dhara..sorry for troubling shiva..do another agni pareeksha from suman..cycle continues..
The point is..ravi whether she speaks back or not, lacks selfrespect..any women who has been CA 3 times..had been treated like a gandagi from the people whom she valued the most..cheated by people to loose her only support for a living..wouldnt go back to the same home..it shows a very narrow mindset of writers..
Unfortunately, in real life, some people do put up with much worse. It just is not something that should be romanticised.
For some it is due to things like societal pressure, lack of any support, financial dependency and/or having children with that person.
For others it is a result of having an unhealthy emotional dependency. They sometimes don't even realise they are stuck in a toxic relationship. Gaslighting, victim blaming, mental health issues, happy memories of the past are what make them keep going back to it. They either believe they were at fault or that things will eventually change for the better. More often than not they don't.
This is all very serious and should not be made light of. These people are victim not role models. It's high time they stop showcasing female leads as being these self-sacrificing women who, in the name of love, choose to stay in unhealthy relationships while putting up with all sorts of disrespect. That kind of mindset is certainly not what needs promoting.
