I think in Akshay’s interview she was talking of all female actors in their personal capacity.

that they all are self made & strong.

@bold: agree. In the show: Writerben has very twisted references, ideas , Outputs in all her female characters!!
worse is: she likes to show good being perpetually tortured.
and bad always winning.

She never explored issues, back stories of good character. For example Raavi’s abandonment, no family issues. Her insecurity at panauti talks. Her ignoring abuse by Suman to be part of family etc,

But come Bad one- evil one: like Dhara she promptly repeat stretches her bachcha sides, shweta she wants to whitewash saying baggage. (Honestly shweta has no baggage- rich spoilt kid- married per choice- ready to dump child- commited serious crimes for money- that’s not called baggage)

Raavi and Rishita can even stay together when they leave that house, with or without their husbands. Their relationship is on more of an equal footing where both can speak their minds without any hesitation or interference so this could work out quite well.

Everything aside

I love the character growth of Kavya

Beech mein thoda zyada bakwas ki thi but she has always been amazing and now her talks with Anupama is such a great thing to watch ❤️

For a really long time I genuinely believed the writers did not actually like Dhara and Shiva's characters. Why else would they have destroyed them so brutally and made them so utterly unlikable.

Raavi's character might have faced a lot of humiliation and mistreatment but still comes across as the best one there. They never showed her doing something unforgivable. While she naturally made mistakes, like everyone else, but that's all they were - mistakes. Others however have all been shown behaving in completely insensitive, selfish, horrid and/or irredeemable ways.

That is why I still find it difficult to believe this was unintentional let being alone the opposite of what they actually wanted to portray.

That akshay interview had major shock value!! that gleeful pride that is is ‘hamari story’ was scary!
