He had a reason to send his wife to jail, she admitted to pushing his sister down the stairs.
He was willing to forgive her after he found out she was pregnant with his baby.
When she lied to him she wasn't pregnant with his baby, what did you expect him to do?
Even after he found out Pihu was Priya daughter, he didn't hate the girl. He loved her and was ready to be her father, even though he didn't know he was her father. When he found out Priya lied to him about his daughter, he reacted accordingly and still didn't try to separate mother and daughter.
Even after all the chances Priya has given him to become the stereotypical toxic ITV male lead, he didn't.

Everything you say is true behen but I guess I just cant past the fact that the same guy who sent Priya to jail can so easily forgive his stepmom for keeping Pihu's truth from him. He classifies Priya pushing Shivi as murder while with Eshaan its an accident. I guess all serial writers smoke the same sasta nasha. So true. She will forget all abt khoon ke aansoo once Babhi soaks her in bleach. Writers just use these dialogues randomly. I am still waiting for Shiva to feed Raavi baang since Holi. Did Shiva pick up the dress he lay-byed for Raavi? They never follow up on what they write.. Which track in this serial had properly played out. Though Swetha torchering Bhabi, Suman & the brothers would be a treat to watch, makers dont give us such scenes.
