Every one's pov is diff you don't like shiva buts some loves him...if they say tht they want him as their life partner or whatever it's diff as they think he is a ideal human

Apparently raavi should see the guilt in shivas eyes thats enough for her to forgive him lol apparently being angry and not forgiving is showing attitude and stooping low when she say he is lowering himself in her eyes coz he refused to let her out till she forgave him oh and then he implies next time when he has an issue he will talk to her lol
