This isn't a Partnership. I said it yesterday too, PS is actually a HUF (Hindu Undivided Family Business). There is no formation or official document needed contrary to other forms of business here because the admission and removal of people is by birth / death. In HUF, ALL the control of decision making resides with Karta aka the head of the family, he might listen to all but final word will always be his. In the case of Pandyas Karta could only be Suman or if they bring in the male-aspect Gaumbi (but we all know its Bhabhi in reality lol) and then would be taken up by next successor / eldest member of the family.

Also since Dhara said today 'Krish tho bacha hai main samhaal lungi...' I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say he's a minor (I'm guessing he's 17 or 18) and minor members do not have a say they are basically co-parceners and just enjoy the benefits. Which we see he is following very religiously LMAO.

IF and that's a big if, someone can make a decision about the Batwaara, it could only be Suman at the end because logically she's the eldest of the family. I am happy that Piddhi is not shown onscreen these days and the actor is shooting a short film but the makers are not even bothering to explain where Krish went and why he is not at home😆 It’s as if they don’t even care about him and his existence 😆
