Did you even read my post on SBS segment in page 3 - last post, I said the same thing😕
I have been through this and done it. Both times I had my mom come over and help me for upto 6 months after the babies were born. I did not want her to come before as I preferred help after and took care of myself for the entire 9 months along with my husband’s help and my parents came only a week before my delivery for both the babies.

My in-laws came after my parents left but by the time babies were 6 months old.

There are sooo many woman who decides to stay at their maayka during pregnancy and their families understands her and allows her to live wherever she wants to, my own bua came to our home during her pregnancy and hew in laws were totally okay with it. Idk why they always have to do so much of emotional drama.

I hope some solid blame comes on Dhara for creating rift between family by Suman

I read it after I made the post..I know Prema..I didn't have anyone during those times..neither mom..neither mil..mil was unwell herself ..seeing ravi say this makes me feel more bad for her..she neither has her own mother..and her mother in law is the one who taunted her blood..dhara is the one who forced alcohol on her tk make her do according to her wishes ..what kind of love and peace can she expect from them..and she doesn't even have a mom to confide in or to be at peace..

If the MU track continues after the baby is born, how will Rishita allow Dhara to name her baby and touch him/her😆

Rishita is vengeful of all them and will get what she wants, once she decides, she will get it by hook or crook.
The only way this MU will get resolved is by showing how ghatiya Janu and Motiben are and how Mahaan BhabiMa is 😆

I understand what you are saying about Raavi. She indeed has no one who is a good motherly figure to her. Just like how you managed, Raavi can only dependent on Shiva for help.
As much as Dhara is talking about taking care of Rishita -being overprotective, going above and beyond to take care of her, I don’t expect her to do the same for Raavi.

Even in her drunken tirade, Dhara told the truth that Rishita has been given too much leeway and everyone keeps her a higher pedestal, thus treating her like the privileged one. Raavi will never get that privilege.

Vaishu, this is exactly what my sisters did. It is an age old tradition of India to go to your mother’s place for child birth. My sisters came home around 7th month and they left 5 months after the baby was born.
Since I could not do air travel to India, a long journey after 6 months of pregnancy, decided to have the babies in the US, had to call my parents for help.

Usually, in my culture, father of the daughter who comes home for child birth pays for the child birth expenses. My dad had to spend the money but my BILs shared half the cost. In my case, my husband refused to take any money from my dad and we spent for both child births. My husband was clear, these are our babies, we should be the one spending on them and it is unfair to ask grandparents to pitch in😕
