Bold: yes exactly this. Where does it happen that while going to mandir they are dressed like this? There's a thing called decency, I know it shouldn't be measured by clothes, but as you don't go to a pub wearing lehnga chunni.. You don't go to mandir wearing backless.. How is it even relatable to middle class( randomly gareeb) family anywhere in India?
In some religious places it's not even allowed to go there like this!
I live in the US and Our Hindu Temple doesn’t allow this kind of dressing, they will give you a shawl/ dupatta to cover until the darshan. Men cannot wear shorts either. Indians here strictly follow and abide the rules and have no problem with it at all.
Dhara’s blouse is not at all appropriate for occasions especially like this. She can wear anything at home, when she goes out with Gaumbi or makes out with him but there is a decorum that she needs to follow when going to the Temple.
Call me conservative, IDC, there is a time and place for everything and this is definitely not the time for a backless blouse.
