IKR. What we learn in college is certainly not the same in a work place. It's so different. After college, I did a course on RHCSA and then got certified as a sys admin. And then got a job here. I'm trying for an RHCE certification too this here, lets see how that goes.😆 And yes, your friend might not be exaggerating. It was fun while I was working....but my last job was pretty tiring with lots of work pressure and clueless proj..🤪..that happened right befr my marrg..and since coming to kuwait I didn't have the confidence to get back to programming..cant handle that sort of pressure with family to manage..I wanted to try to get job with testing..but kuwait is very backward in terms of it companies.
