I think Disha would be kinda clingy, and people of the family are just tryna ignore her and remove her from the picture. (Eventually even Suman, since she didn't force her to be part of the Ramayan Enactment)

Alternatively, maybe ShiVi confess to each other, but haven't told the family and are just playing along with this charade.
