Like the dancing and face off to celebrate divorce, like who does that? Also this sindoor flying off on the entire face coz of wind in a hot and humid place like Somnath!

How illogical is it?
which husband really returns sindoor dabba after telling I can’t stand you 🤪

@Bolds Apparently the ones that fall under SP’s sanskaari bahu category 😆😆

They have butchered dhara beyond repair.gombi can be salvaged, but I am not sure they will do it or not.

I have always had a weakness for bhabi ke bhakt devars.there I said it.

And the way the bond had shaped up in the show,it was so heartwarming to watch.

The scene where Dev and shiva beat up janaradan.they come back home. Apply medicines to each other, the ykb hug.❤️

The godh bharai scene where all the brothers come together and say that they are dhara bhabis kids and raavi becomes Shiva's proxy.❤️

The scene where shiva hugs dhara after throwing raavi out of the house.❤️

The whole wedding sequence, the lo chali mai dance sequence.the scene where dhara spreads her annchal and asks shiva to accept raavi .❤️

It's true that shivi hooked me to PS, but I gradually loved all the characters except for dev.somehow i could never connect with his character.

This led me to watch all the episodes before leap as well.

As you said, now even the old epsiodes are losing charm because the bond which seemed so pure now appears fake.

Even I want to love dhara. because whether we like it or not, she is the lead of the show and will be present in each and every episode.it will be so much better to watch the show if her character is shown to be the same as the pre leap and initial Post leap times.

I used to love love Dhara and Shiva's bond tbh. So, so sweet and how she saw through him. But they've made her overbearing and what not. I feel like at this point they've screwed up every character for the sake of the plot and that's where the story falls short. Characters drive the story, not the other way round.

Isn't it ironic that the girl who talked about the lack of colours in Shiva’s life is being painted by Shiva in Sindoor to Kabhi Atta 😆

I wonder what they would have done during Holi 🤣

By the clips it looks like both have tears and it's a mix of angst and emotional scene..but if I ignore that all...I can only imagine the song rangaa re...😆..ravi is being colored literally by shiva.. ❤️

The offscreen drama has made me dislike some cast members.the writers are not helping the matter either.bad writing is making me disconnect with the characters of the show.

Shows and characters which invoke passionate responses has Always been my favourite.i love watching conflicts in which noone is partly at fault and people can debate over their actions and analyse the scenes. We get so many perspectives about a single scene.

Give me a good negative character and I will gladly watch it.make anita a vamp whose actions makes me apprehensive, whose plans are witty and actually has an impact.

What bothers me is when you show a positive character being violent and illogical.when the character graph swings like a pendulum.

I would have loved if rishita stayed the grey character that she was portrayed like in the beginning.i loved her haveli scenes.the scene where she chides Krish for coming to their room without knocking.made sense.the scene where she refuses to eat jhoota khana because it disgusted her.as someone who is not comfortable with eating from others plates, I could connect with her.

I would go gone crazyy if my in laws smothered me with hugs and kisses and made me eat from their plate.

Her irritation in the money matters made sense as well.

Her insecurity about raavi was also bang on.had she been a minute late, raavi would have been Devs wife.

I even liked her in the bathroom kaand.

I can't digest this sudden change in rishita.when did she develop a fondness for dhara? When did she care so much about the family? The change should have been gradual and slow.

Dev has been reduced to a prop.

Krish gets some lines here and there.

Raavi scenes are repetetive.no clarity about her thoughts.

Suman swings like a pendulum, one moment she is like DILs are the izzat of the house, it's their responsibility to maintain it.

The next moment she throws shiva out of the house for insulting raavi.

They have not kept a single character likeable.infact some shivi fans have also ended up hating either raavi or shiva.

I couldn’t agree more Pixie 🤗There was so much potential to give a wholesome entertainer! Rishita could have broken so many stereotypes for female leads on ITV! Anita could have slowly become bitter because life is not giving her a second chance. This could have turned her into a grey character. I love conflicts on screen as well! Opens the floor for so many interesting conversations. Would have loved to see the various dynamics and conflicts play on screen.

You brought up so many valid points! It’s a shame that all this potential was wasted. The only way I’m enjoying now is by keeping no expectations and just taking it one episode at a time. It’s nowhere close to how I used to enjoy watching the show earlier.

The offscreen drama like you said is also creating a disconnect. It has led me to dislike the actor who plays my favorite character to analyze from the show. Same with the person whose IG I first saw the clips on. Such a shame cuz I really admired her at one point. It’s rare that I dislike or even bother with actors offscreen. But can’t ignore what’s right there. Same thing happened with KHKT. Sometimes you can’t ignore the vibes you get offscreen. Now if the content on screen is solid, nothing else matters. I guess these are things that help us move on from a show.

In any case, I’m trying to ignore all that and simply appreciate, troll or complain about just the onscreen material. It’s not easy considering what’s given to us onscreen isn’t what we ever wanted from this show. But one day at a time. If I end up truly disliking all the characters and feel like I can’t find anything to discuss, I’ll be done with the show.

@bold, 💯! My favorite scenes till date are those that weren't aimed to be romantic like Raavi acting as Shiva's proxy, Shiva being rattled by the noose, Raavi holding her pallu to shield Shiva from the sun, her grabbed onto his sleeve instead of his hand... so many different ways to interpret those scenes, and I loved the discussions we had back then

The scenes now are too direct... as if the CVs want the audience to interpret the scene in one way possible 😔 Even the dialogues have taken a nose dive. I'll reserve my comments for the BTS since I'm not 100% sure whether BTS drama is fueling the changes, but sometimes I just wish they followed the OG tracks (not make new tracks) but fit it to each character's personality...

I'm still finding it hard to believe that the girl who was willing to be a proxy/defend Shiva multiple times against Maami is now making such quick judgments... marriage should not have changed her this much... the core conflict should be, "Can I reconcile my past and move on to have a romantic relationship with this man?" not "Let me continue to misunderstand this man and brush off every insecurity he has "

Avi 🤗 Yes! Yes! Yes! This post sums up my thoughts Those scenes were simply the best! I prefer romance that’s not direct and is up to interpretation.

One of my favorite Bollywood romantic couples is Prithvi and Nandita from Raaz 2. The movie is cheesy but I love how there isn’t a single “romantic” scene of them nor are they always hyper aware of each other. But their bond and the undercurrent of passion, comfort, security speaks volumes. You can tell that he has her back and she can’t help but fall for him. They have their own individual storyline and somehow it connects in the end. Same goes for Klaus and Hayley from TO. My favorite couple of all…. yet they don’t have a single “romantic” scene. But I can write essays on their love for each other.

They could have made a beautiful track here! Unfortunately, ITV shows never go the way I want them to 😆
