Ok...offtopic...Anyone who is teaching or likes teaching

I have recently started teaching in a balasadan....there i met a boy who is almost 12 yrs old....he doesnt know anything other than alphabets of english...there are some kids like that...iam new to such teaching...anyone know what can be done...i really need to help him and he is trying tooo
