Dev's apology was uniquely placed by the makers. His apology was quite weird, and very poorly timed. I feel like no apology would've been better as Dev and Raavi could've continued in their awkwardness. Lol. I desperately wanted him to apologize, so if he didn't apologize then he would have never apologized. At least Shiva looked on and he didn't have a smile in his face. It was so hard to read his thoghts with that poker face. He saw the whole awkward bexchange between the two.
