It's a revelation for Raavi-the same Raavi who believes she has no hope, love, respect in her marriage. She believes Shiva has abandoned her again, but then he swoops in without any provocation. Dhara did call her, but his realisation for the custom brings him back!

He is thereby her side, with a Shubharambh, the new beginning, a new genesis. He holds her like she belongs to him, this time on his free will without anyone's coaxing. He comes back only to be there. And, as usual, Raavi sees him in a new light, hence the reveal shot.

You want to be free. You also want to be mine. You can't be both.

His grip is firm, almost taking her to him with her steps.

Raavi looks at her hand in disbelief. This has to be the best gaze ever!

The rapture of an ‘innocent moment’ or an “unsuspected instant” can overwhelm us at any time, throughout our lives, and surprise us with a storm of liberating waves of good vibrations.

He is there in front of her like a sturdy collaborator in his lead!

Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is thread, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years.

Ohhh, this Shiva is confident, stares at her in the eyes. He is not angry; he isn't shy; he isn't hesitant. That powerful gaze is an assurance. It's like an affirmative announcement-you are mine, and you shall find me right beside you.

I will be good to you. I will protect you. You are mine.

Kresley Cole

So beautiful Yes this is so important that he comes back thinking on his mother's words ..there were no instructions involved and he holds her wrist ..it has the haq the sturdy reassurance that he is there and he will be there . Raavi's disbelief on seeing him there as if she is afraid to hope yet cannot stop the tiny bubble from growing

And that confident gaze

Yes this analysis made my day

Shiva doesn't extend his palm not do they hold hands. He grips her and moves forward. There's a unique authority and dominance in this scene. He is there like on their wedding day, holding her, standing there for her. Just like he had pulled her down from the noose breaking the doors.

This is so beautiful ❤️❤️

Shivi lost in each other and Dev standing at a distance and smiling, almost blurred but still there.this frame is definitely deliberate❤️❤️

So they both are in a limbo.

They do not know to move forward because everything is foggy.

Raavi dunno how to accept Shiva

Shiva doesn’t know how to accept Raavi

This is a coin and there r two sides. Agar ek se u r expecting to clear up something the other should too. There need to be a balance.

If Shiva actually wanted to marry her then I would have agreed on Raavi being the only emotionally distressed one. Par yahan oar Shiva is just as much in a distress.

I blame their circumstances. And hence either ye dono saath aage badhen ya limbo mein atke rahen. Ek ka aage badhna zara weird hai.

For Shiva-

I have learned now that while those who speak about one's miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.

C. S. Lewis

I guess the only reason why I expect more out of shiva is because we have seen Raavi trying to move forward and trying to bring her old self back despite being so mentally broken yet it's always shiva's actions towards her that are sending her pummeling back into that broken state of mind again

He has no control over his anger and he's bringing out the worst in her while she tries to fight it as much as she can

The way he treats her is unacceptable, whether he was ready to get married or not

And she has apologized for the misunderstanding she had about him but haven't seen something like that from his side

just because he saved her life (which yes is a very big thing) doesn't mean it's really a huge step forward in their relationship because he would have done it for anyone

sure the small moments they had in that khaandar where just for her but he brought them back to square one with his anger and aggression

Yup, I am glad that it wasn't simply holding hand scene. This gives way more feels and symbolises the haq he has on her

Shiva is pulling her forward away from her miseries away from the past that compelled her to the noose and he wouldn't allow her to go back there no matter what. And she accepts this tether to life. They maybe both be confused about the way forward but they now that they will never go back

I don’t say she has to initiate anything. I say there has to be effort on both the side. Kyunki neither are willing to give. How can a marriage survive if neither r willing to give?

Only in ITV

but if he was that hurt, then he should have told her from the beginning what his plan was and why he left her

obviously she is going to react like this when she has asked multiple times why he left her and his only response is "jo samajna hai samaj le"

she's not a mind reader where she'll know what he's thinking especially since all he has ever done is be so rude and rash with her - it would be quite natural for her to think that finally his hatred took over and he left her

I have about 2 episodes to catch up on so I have no idea what this scene is about 😆 but this is written so beautifully! 👌

I won't even bother with the EDT's 🤧 I've missed about 2 as well.

There are no wrong turnings. Only paths we had not known we were meant to walk.

I just love how they take turns to look at each other. Pretty symbolic and brilliantly shot!

Shiva’s expressions are pretty soft yet powerful at the same time. He is neither angry or majboor due to Dhara! It's his free will!

dhara s over interference? yes that is wrong but we can also see that during start of the haveli track dhara was slowly trying to let go of shiva and let shivi sort their won issue like during the pooja fiasco she stops gaumbi from following shiva instead raavi went to bring him back

she even forbids krish from interfering in devta s private moments then we shiva and krish goes ahead in their quest for some sort of revenge or justice or whatever to an extent that rishita is traumatized

she beats them up which was completely absolutely wrong but i dont fault her for leaving shivi to their own device after that

had dhara did only that barring the beating up part she wouldnt have been wrong

after the batawara fiasco till now all she has done is discuss raavi s birthday plans with gaumbi so she has toned it down a bit

shiva burning his hands is on him not dhara just like dhara is letting shiva go even shiva needs to realize that its high time he grow up and start seeing the consequence of his brash impulsive nature

I guess what the point is that no matter what Dhara does now - it won't have any effect because she there was something she missed out on when raising Shiva

had she been stricter back then, all these things wouldn't have happened or needed to happen

anything good she does now can't erase what she didn't do before lol that's just the way I see it
