side note- today I was watching another tv show with my mom and they were explaining the difference between a wife and a sister-in-law

a wife is someone who only regards her husband as her own

but a sister-in-law is someone who regards the whole family as her own

I thought this was so beautiful and would have been apt when this whole drama of shiva and krish calling rishita bhabhi was going on

Okay so I just finished the episode.

So Shiva pretty much left ASAP, like he said he's more into the construction side. Krish left too, he doesn't seem interested in all this yet. Dev remained and agreed with Gaumbi. If that's what he wants then that's fine. Why can't he sit with Rishita and talk to her about his father and how much his dreams mean to them? How much Pandya Store means to them?

I'll be honest, to me it seemed like even after hearing how mami got the kangans, Raavi only shouted at mami as she didn't like what Suman said about her. She cared more about mami's getting herself insulted rather than what she did years ago. Maybe she doesn't like hearing about her mausi-ma's reality. Mami's thoughts and actions have always been to hurt the pandya family, everything she gets caught doing will be treated as such. Whilst she tried to stand up for Shiva, there's alot that was said to him from mami's side, and it seems she'll be on mami's side so I wonder if she'll let that slide? I don't blame her for freaking over the excessive aggression from Shiva's side.

How is mami this nasty? She's actually evil to the core. But because she cares about Raavi everything she does and says is supposed to slide? The stuff she said to Shiva - the way she taunted him about his status, the way she bragged about taking the kangans...she's just horrible. Let's remind ourselves that she's a grown ass woman who has been acting like this for a long long time now.

Shiva - It's the excessive grabbing and the sickle part that got me! Okay we know he wouldn't do it but everyone else don't. To them he's probably capable as they see him as junglee and whatnot. And we all thought Dhara wasn't capable of anything bad, so Shiva could be too. I think I have a different view to you all about the shouting at Raavi. The look in his eyes when he shouted at Raavi to not come in between 😕. It's as though 10yrs of hatred and constantly being looked down on all came out. Was it wrong? Yes. Did it come across as he's trying to control or hurt her? No, it was more about him wanting to have it out with mami. Everything he said about mami was true. It's only during the sickle part that he truly lost control. I have no idea how Gaumbi and Dhara managed to get him to move away. He legit had tears and was so angry. I wish they would help him deal with his anger rather than just letting the situation die down. It's obvious that whatever they've been doing hasn't worked at all.

Gaumbi just saw his brother lose it and all he can say is everyone has a difference of opinion?! Wow these people really don't know how to address the real issue.

I'm not saying I like Dhara, it's hard to forget her crazy episodes. But someone had to ask mami why she keeps provoking Shiva. He's too old to be provoked and nothing should force that reaction, but look at how old mami is and everything she gets away with. If she wants to take away her daughter than why doesn't she keep using her energy on that?

It's a heartbreaking episode but brilliant acting.
