If you think about it, it is like Amityville horror

A normal family comes to a haunted house and slowly slowly every member gets possessed/traumatized by the ghost. In the end the head of the family(ok in this case Dhara) becomes a raving psychotic mass murderer and chops down every family member with an axe.

meri maano ... Pandya family abhi ke abhi bhaag lo... I have seen innumerable horror movies that start the same way as yours... It does not end well.

It is is time to call Akshay Kumar to handle Kesar/Manjulika or whatever the hell is haunting their epic haveli 🤣👻

dhara doesn't need a psychiatrist or a therapist. she first needs an exorcist 🤣

Actually in true horror movie style, the ghost should just bump off characters, and then the exorcist should help a chosen few to escape.
