Fine, fine Ashu... since you gave me the inappropriate reaction (Only likes or angry faces allowed)... I decided I would give you a semi-mature, angsty, fluffy, fantasy romance with a touch of television drama 😆. Not my best writing because of the time crunch....Someone needs to tag me at the very end so I can explain the first part of this.
Complete side note, I had this idea swimming in my head a couple of weeks back, but then became too busy to even start writing it. Interested to see how the forum spins this story, and who knows, one day, I might post my own full length version of this story 🤷♀️ (Also, I changed the story to fit the games format, so please don't think I actually would write an ending like this)
Background: Raavi Narayan is now one of India's most popular actresses, but 2 years ago, she was anything but that. 2 years ago, she was a simple small town girl who knew nothing about acting... Nothing at all, but that all changes when Shiva Pandya, her childhood enemy, teaches her everything she needs to know.

| I have a secret to tell you all. Something that I’ve told no one. But here goes: “For savvier, heavier viola.” Message me when you find out... 😉
—————————————————————————————————
"Stand at the center of the stage, where the yellow tape is and state your name, age, and height."
Raavi's eyes slowly lifted, gazing at the two shadowy figures behind the table. Though she had done this hundreds of times—no, maybe thousands of times, she was never truly able to get rid of the feeling of having fluttering butterflies in her stomach. And today's audition was no different.
Swallowing, she took a deep breath, "H-hi," her lips curved upwards into a smile, "My name is Raavi Narayan."
"You will never become famous, Raavi-beta. Small town people like us... we won't be able to mix with those high-class folk. I know the truth may hurt... but small people like us should always have small dreams, right? So, why don't you just be a good girl and stay at home?"
Since she was a young child, she dreamed of the day where she would see herself on a high rise billboard, her unique and chic name right underneath her image... It would be just the drama and flair she needed.
"I am 23 years old."
"If you really want to become famous, why don't I find an NRI boy for you? I can make sure he is a millionaire... no a billionaire. You'll be the most famous girl in Somnath! Everyone will be chanting your name."
Sure, she wanted everyone to chant her name... but not in the way her Maasi-Ma wanted. She wanted people to chant her name because she was the prettiest actress, or because she was the most cute and nautanki hotshot in the industry. After all, her childhood enemy already "praised" her for her ability to "weasel" her way out of punishments and for her never ending "performance."
All those traits pointed to one thing... she was born to be an actress. Destined to have her name spoken by millions, perhaps even billions.
"And I am 5'4"."
After her Maasi-Ma tried to set her up with an old NRI widow, she knew enough was enough. She needed to prove everyone wrong. She wasn't some stupid, small-town girl. She was Raavi. Raavi Narayan, the cutest and most prettiest girl in all of Somnath, soon to be all of India. All her "childish" dreams will come true, and it will all start with Jhanvi Nair.
She glanced down at the script in her hands.
#P.S. I Love You
Jhanvi Nair
A sincere and dedicated 26 year old police officer who excels in her line of craft. She is well-known throughout Mumbai, and is most famous for protecting the city against the major supervillains in town. Despite her skilled abilities, she is unable to catch the city's main supervillain, The Serpentine, who she shares a love-hate relationship with.
In the years she's been trying to become successful and famous, she couldn't ever get a role of substance. It was always Extra #3 or girl who gets slapped by the villain or Prop #7. Even the few modelling stunts she did were duds.
But, despite all those setbacks, she was still hopeful.

FADE IN:
1 EXT. LARGE HAVELI — NIGHT
We open on a large, well-kept haveli. Multiple windows are illuminated by the lights inside. There is a water fountain out in the front with multiple people mingling amongst each other. At the back, there is a secluded rose garden, and we see the silhouette of a man and woman as they go further into the garden. We push in closer.
CUT TO:
2 EXT. CANOPY AT THE GARDEN — NIGHT
The woman, dressed in a deep red saree with a deep red mask, walks over to the man, dressed in a black suit with a midnight black mask. The light first shines on the woman, JHANVI (26), as she loops her finger around the man’s tie. She tugs on the tie, pulling the man closer to her.
JHANVI (soft whisper)
I thought I made it clear to you that I love no one but you.
The light now moves to the man, TRISHUL (28). His hand gently rests on JHANVI’s waist. TRISHUL’s eyes are trained on JHANVI’s face, and when she least expects it, he pulls her to him. He leans down to her ear.
TRISHUL (soft whisper)
You should be a little clearer, meri Jhanvi.
TRISHUL leans back, still glancing at Jhanvi
TRISHUL (normal tone)
Prove to me that you love only me.

Raavi closed her eyes.
Jhanvi Nair was an 'out-of-the-box' role for her. Most of the characters she played were cutesy, young, ditzy, blushy girls. But Jhanvi was none of that. At an early age, she was an exam topped, and soon enough after training, she was able to become a special operational police officer. She was bold and brave, not letting even Trishul, the number one supervillain get in the way.
Despite falling for him, towards the end of the story, Jhanvi still had the upper hand in the romance department. Trishul needed her.
And well, Raavi was floored.
She needed to get this role.
"Raavi."
She raised her head up, in curiosity. The director smiled, "You're audition will be a little different from the other girls. The man who is playing Trishul agreed to help you out on the scene."
Raavi swallowed in nervousness. Her task for today's audition was to complete the scene in a way that Trishul would be left breathless and wanting more. She could probably achieve her goal with thin air... but having her co-actor there? It was already making her sick to her stomach.
"You don't need to worry," the director reassured her. "He'll do his best to support you. He really is a wonderful actor."
She wasn't reassured in the slightest. Not one bit... But she nodded her head regardless. She quickly glanced across the stage and the many props that lined the table. Scratching the back of her head, she looked away before the blush could spread across her cheeks. She couldn't think straight, especially not when she would have to—,
"Raavi!"
She turned around and noticed a well-built man dressed in a white button-down dress shirt and nice blank pants. He wore a nice, serpentine mask, covering most of his face.
"This is S—,"
"Serpentine," the man answered gruffly. He turned to the director, "Can we begin?"
The director quickly nodded his head, and Raavi couldn't help but be amused with how easily the man was able to show off his strength and dominance.
The man turned to her. Walking up to her slowly, Raavi couldn't help but feel a sense of fear. This is happening... this is really happening... I'm supposed to be acting right now! His hands held her waist, and with a single jerk, she tumbled forward into his warm embrace. He brought his hand up to her face and slowly pushed away her hair, his dark eyes staring at her every second of the way.
"You should be a little clearer," he whispered as he leaned closer to her face. His lips were a mere few millimeters away from her own. But even that didn't bother her as much. It was his eyes. Staring right at her, not letting her have the chance to escape. Her fingers grabbed onto his shirt.
Liquid chocolate.
His eyes were liquid chocolate. Tempting her. Baiting her to come closer, to seal the deal between their lips.
"Meri Jhanvi," he whispered.
There was something sensual, something almost demonic in the way he invited her closer. She brought her hands up to his head, gently tugging on the curls at the back of his head. Closing her eyes, she leaned towards him, hoping he would taste just as sweet as the liquid chocolate she was beginning to crave.
He moved away from her, his grasp on her waist tightened in warning, and she couldn't help but pout. They were so close. Just a hair's breadth. His fingers gently made slow circles at her waist, "Prove to me that you love only me, meri Jhanvi."
Her lips curved upwards. Easy enough, she pulled his face close to hers, ready to kiss him and finish the scene, but before she could swoop in to steal her kiss, his mask slipped slightly, exposing his eyebrows, and the small crescent shaped scar at the edge of his right brow.
That scar... she couldn't help but think back to the time when she was in danger. If he hadn't saved her, she would be the one sporting the scar.
"Why are you hesitating, Jhanvi?" his eyes narrowed.
Raavi shook her head. Stupid, stupid Raavi. Shiva is back in Somnath. He couldn't possibly be in Mumbai. He loves that store too much! Plus, Shiva and acting? No way... that tel masale boy couldn't act for his life!
She turned back to her co-actor and smiled, "Sorry," she whispered cutely as she grabbed onto her lower right ear. Take a deep breath, Raavi, it'll be alright. They still didn't send you home yet! She reached for his hair again, "S-should I put my thumb on your lips, or will you do it for me?" As handsome as her co-actor was, she truly did want to reserve her first kiss for someone she cared about.
His lips slowly curled upwards into a smirk, "I knew you wouldn't be able to handle this." He took a step back from her and turned to the director, "She's not the one."
W-what? She took a step forward, "I-I don't understand. I didn't even finish the scene!"
He scoffed, "You're not capable of finishing the scene, Maami Ki," he reached for the string that tied his mask, "Behen Ki," revealing his face, and quite possibly her worst nightmare, "Beti," he snarled. "Jhanvi is a strong woman. She wouldn't have been so meek and dumb."
Her mouth opened wide... Shiva?!? The Shiva... she was already in disbelief. He already was brash and bold while he worked at the store, but now, standing in form fitting fashionable clothing, he seemed to be kilometers away from her. The same Shiva who showed no interest in acting was cast to be a supervillain, while she, who dreamed of becoming an actress from the beginning, was struggling to find herself a place.
"Call in the next girl!" Shiva ordered. The director nodded his head as he rushed out, leaving both of them completely alone.
He turned to Raavi with narrowed eyes. As much as she wanted to hold her ground, she knew she lost... she really didn't understand Jhanvi as well as she thought she did. It was never her making him breathless... it was always him making her breathless.
She clenched her fists. I need to work harder. I-I can't let him win like this, especially since he never dreamed of doing this!
"Ey Chipkali!"
Raavi stopped in her tracks as Shiva came towards her. He stood right next to her and tossed a five hundred rupee note which she barely caught herself, "This is for Maami," she frowned at him. "So she can find the next old man to tie you down with," her eyes widened as he came close to her, "because that's the only thing you can succeed at. Being some old man's trophy wife."
Some old man's trophy wife? Raavi bit the bottom of her lip in anger. That... bhootnath!!! He was always the one to grab the nearest pointy object to hurl at people, but for the first time, she wanted to reciprocate the action for him. As she quickly surveyed what she could use in the room, her eyes stopped on a shiny object.
Her lips curled upward as she reached for it secretly. She turned to Shiva who was sitting down on a chair at the center of the stage, busy looking through his phone.
"Shiva!" she mentioned in a sing song manner as she walked up to him.
He glanced up at her, "What?" unamused at her antics, "Do you want another five hundred rupees?"
She shook her head as she leaned closer to him, "Give me another chance."
"Why should I give you another—," he stopped when he heard a soft clink. Glancing down at his right wrist, his eyes widened when he saw that she had handcuffed his wrist to the arm rest. "W-what are you doing?!" another soft clink was heard as she handcuffed the other wrist.
"Making you breathless," she whispered as she sat on his lap.
As much as she hated Shiva Pandya, she hated the idea of marrying someone her Maasi-Ma brought her even more. Therefore, even if she had to swallow her pride, she was willing. Before the director came back, she would make him breathless, breathless enough that he will be crawling on his knees...
Note: Okay, let the next person continue the story!! Tagging Ashu (for pressuring me to come up with an idea), Srii (because she suggested Mature fluff (don't worry, I can make the story fluffy and mature at the same time), Aalu (because she also wanted mature fluff), ML (because she said I should write something mature, and maybe this thread will interest her), and Chikki (for being my fan). Sorry I am unable to tag anyone else at the moment. But let the games begin as Ashu says 😂
