Raavi doesn't deserve this pain. It's just not fair for someone to go through that much pain. Argh, Dev!! If only he opened his mouth before. My heart went out to that soul. And is Mami telling Raavi to not stay there because she's afraid of her in laws and their power? If so, hope she suggests an alternative location and doesn't ask her to go back to her inlaws. I have a feeling that she won't though.

And Shiva!! Good to know he's affected. Will he reveal the truth to others. I can't wait until ShiVi interact for the first time. And see how Shiva interacts with her son! Hopefully, ShiVi will be married by the time in laws come to get her son. I know he will treat her like a princess and heal he to become a butterfly 🦋.

Man, so much here to unpack... but here are my thoughts...

You are an amazing writer! The way you described Raavi's days with her former husband was just pure heartbreak (probably not the emotion I wanted to wake up to, but excellent, excellent job!) If there are any more chapters describing Raavi's turmoil, I think I'll cry out a new river...

Although I'm sad she had to go through this, NICE juxtaposition with this line:

"And for the first time in her life she had understood the difference between childhood rivalry and real violence and hatred. Shiva had always been her rival throughout her childhood but she had been safe in his vicinity."

I feel like that paragraph on a whole will be very foreshadowing of what is going to come with their relationship. She already knows Shiva would never hurt her (and Shiva seems like he is hurt for her), so I think this will be the basis on how she opens her heart once again.

I love how observant Shiva is, especially in this line:

"But the truth wasn’t as simple was it? The truth was that Raavi hadn’t been able to move ahead due to that one wedding not happening. Rage filled his veins."

I'm wondering how their first interaction will go like. Will Shiva be able to properly convey his feelings? From guilt knowing that his family contributed to her pain, to sadness knowing that a woman had to go through so much ridicule and grief?

I'm also wondering how her son will come into the equation.

Oh wow..I wasn't expecting this. Her side is so much more painful and heartbreaking. How did she manage to handle all of that.

I wonder if her in laws will come looking for her and her baby ?
