It was explained the r on dev phone was mistaken by Dhara to be Raavi then Dev who was proposed directly and indirectly by Raavi several times kept quiet..

Dhara is also to be accused for Rishita behaviour because she's keeping quiet.

I hope the mother of Dev put Rishita madam in her respective place..
