YW had breathtaking chemistry. Matlab I didn't enjoy TB plot but I can tell you never has PTV seen that chemistry or it will again....in a long long long time

Lekin kuch issue hai.

Aur Isiliye Jo organic clash hai Nashwa aur Ammar ki woh logon ko Nazar aaraha hai. You cannot forcefully create it or delete it. Yeh jab log point karte hai to some literally subtly hint or shade other of having a thing for Ammar. Yeh kese deduce Kiya? That's crazy because we know he is a criminal enabler and worst of them all. Ajeeb si complex hai Usama ko lekar

He is bland and flat at times. Like look at Yumna...she has the look of defiance today when talking to Taya, then when she talked to her baba she had this vulnerable look, she's one way with her mom and then with burhan. You can see a range of appropriate emotions! I don't see it with Usama oftentimes. But he's better than many! I understand but these are the moments I feel it's not translating. I'm not seeing all the shades of Burhan that I know is there and can infer from the way he's written.

Also, how can anyone go wrong with Burhan. He's just written so well. It's hard to go wrong with him!

I am liking burhan character and nashwa burhan chemistry too. Yeah they don't share intense chemistry but they are like decent duo.

All Nashwa had to do was to get Asim and Bisma married and move in with them in Asim house. She could have filed an NC against Bakhtiyar for harassment and taking away her inheritance. She could have filed an FIR and even made a statement to the police that if anything happens to Bisma or her, Bakhtiyar and Dado would be responsible.

Infant this she could have done even without getting Bisma and Asim married. Both Bisma and Nashwa could have stayed separately and independently and could have fought the case.

I agree, there’s so much that doesn’t add up. There was absolutely no need to leave her inheritance like that, and Bakhtiyar shouldn’t have been a source of fear. She could’ve just written an FIR mentioning the threat from him, especially since they had Asim’s home as a safe place, and with Burhan being a lawyer and having a law firm, he could’ve easily used his connections to protect Bisma and Nashwa. This whole plotline feels forced and extra, just there for the sake of some unnecessary drama. Lol.

@bold: Well, it’s unfolding exactly how you'd expect. Nashwa's already gotten married/ will be married to the criminal, and I’m guessing Burhan will end up with Faryal. Apparently, the whole world is supposed to root for Ammar and Nashwa and anyone diagrees is a yumna solo just because the said actor opposite her is apparently "eye candy"n whole world has to agree to this particular group.lol Some fanbases are just going to be absolutely over the moon about it, aren’t they? Lol.

Nashwa being lawyer knows very well how she cannot fight against B without proof . Court demands proof not truth .

Her filing case and involving media will not help if B uses his power to twist story and say Bisma killed his brother and when this truth came out both mom and daughter are blaming them . There need to be proper papers and documents to show that Nashwa dad had any property on his name to file inheritance . People spend years and money fighting inheritance cases it isn’t easy that’s why N keeps stressing the day I land my first case we will leave this house here she means financial independence. And filing case that anything happens to me or mom B is responsible for that FIR to be filed she needs to first prove that B has/ had tried to harm them in first place else such complains are not entertained .

Lol, it’s a bit embarrassing when people compare Yumna and Wahaj like that. They’re clearly one of the best pairs out there, and their chemistry together is unbeatable.

As for this show, I really don’t understand why there’s so much talk about chemistry between Ammar and Nashwa or Burhan and Nashwa when the show doesn’t focus on that at all.

I’m sorry, but not everyone is feeling the chemistry between Nashwa and Ammar. Apart from a particular Twitter and Instagram fangirls, I don’t see much talk about it. Many viewers actually hope Nashwa ends up with Burhan because, in their eyes, he’s a good person n it has nothing to do with usama, whereas Ammar is a criminal who doesn’t deserve any girl n that has nothing to do with nameer either. Honestly, I just want to see Nashwa free from that toxic household and living a happy life, whether single or married. I really don’t mind either way.

The only pairings of Yumna that I’ve never really liked are with Humayun, Gohar, and now in Qez, where I don’t think either Nameer or Usama match up to her. Usama lacks the screen presence n his dialogue delivery is too bad, and Nameer’s acting just doesn’t do it for me. I have seen good actors doing superlative work for the similar characters like ammar.

I don't understand why can't hum cast two good actors together. The whole cast is awesome except the supposed hero n the criminal boy. Imagine someone like zahid , wahaj, bilal etc would have done such a great job as burhan. N I can't help but think khushal as ammar. He would have nailed that character.

Exactly Bhaktiyaar power and ruthlessness is much bigger and has been clearly established when M was killed . She would have been alive but once she dared to reach his house he simply got her killed and this entire episode didn’t create a minute hiccup in benish wedding tells a lot about his power.

He can get Bisma , Nashwa, Asim and Burhaan killed very easily.

Exactly, if they moved next door then they are definitely getting killed. Pakistan is a country where honor killing still happens. Everyone would be like bilkul theek Kiya.

Furthermore, Pakistan has the absurd blood money law since they are all related, they would accept blood money and case would get closed.

Nameer and Usama both need voice modulation training badly. I don't think hum can afford 3 A listers right now. They have put all their eggs in their Netflix basket by casting half the country's population lol

Nameer is one project old. We don't know if he's going to fade or hold on or even improve. No idea as only time will tell. Khushal was good in wehshi though it was a bad play. He would have been a great Ammar. Nameer is a lahori I believe? Sometimes his urdu is a bit off and not sharp. But Usama has been here since 2017. He doesn't have the solo ML aura or capability to carry a whole project on his back through a positive or negative role. Like no matter how much I dislike Feroze as a person or his acting, he has full presence with his character and can carry projects on his back

Usama is good in parallel or long good soaps. He is not there yet. Nameer and his comparison is moot. Usama has been here since 2017 and his contemporary is Bilal Abbas and not Nameer. Bilal is exceptional. He is 11/10. He is a noman ejaz of his time. I have seen the great Faisal Qureshi and fawad Khan improve and this bilal has been good since day one.

Gohar is a great actor. And GM was a bad project maybe that's why humaiuyn didn't work. Or may be both gohar and him doesn't work the magic for Yumna. That's fine.

Also, I feel Wahaj, Bilal, Sherry may have refused to do side supporting role if QeJ was offered to them. Who knows. The story is afterall totally about Nashwa Bisma and about females in a desi society.

Also, I know for a fact that other than a few teen girls no one is hoping for Nashwa to end up with Ammar. What they're saying is clearly different from shipping or chemistry. They're using the wrong word and some are just latching onto it.

I think they want to say that the dynamic and the chaos and the screen space Nameer and Yumna share is fiery and sizzling. It doesn't at all mean they're advocating for romance. Like how Saba and Bilal has a great dynamic and sizzling presence in Cheekh. So, if Cheekh was falsely advertised as a romance genre like SMD was then that would have been a problem. People loved Saba -bilal scenes.

Rabia, Amna, kya drama hai pointed out the same thing. I disagree with many of their takes and reviews but I know Rabia and Amna wouldn't romanticize an enable of a heinous crime. They're very vocal. And neither would majority of the viewers Sans teen girls.

What some are saying is Usama is making Burhan appear bland at times. The layering is not there. He's perfect but the performance doesn't give variation hence making it boring. We know he has layers as he's written in a fabulous manner.

It's important to make it clear that people enjoy Ammar Nashwa scenes but if one was to genuinely ask a viewer in a conversation they'd tell you that they'd want her to end up with Burhan. The other option is just not it.

Also, It is frustrating for some as we know Burhan is really a stunning and beautifully written character. It's a bit lost in translation from script to screen.
